Good for one night. Overall a somewhat neglected object. Otherwise cleanliness without problems.

Price performance good. Staff nice and professional. Of course, you shouldn't expect a miracle for the money. We are satisfied and will come back for a few days.

Well, really only for sleeping, but for the price.... They are really tiny rooms. In a 3-bed room, three adults really only sleep if one of them is getting dressed, the others have to sit on the bed. Simple equipment: 1 bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 bedside table with a lamp. Considering the size of the room, I understand that there simply won't fit more. The rooms have a shared mini kitchen, toilet and shower. There are also two would-be apartments with their own shower and toilet, they are slightly more spacious and one has a balcony. There are two gas heaters in the smoking room or the outdoor covered common room, but one is without a bomb and the other one has an empty bomb, so if you want to chat and drink with your friends, you have no other choice due to the size of the rooms than to dress properly, take blankets and a welder's canister and go there Sit. However, for that price you can get better accommodation. This should be about 200 kc a night (I mean a room or an apartment) per person. The parking lot of the boarding house, which is downright dangerous in winter, is on a hill and in a slight bend right next to the main road No. 27. There was snow in the parking lot and it was impossible to get out of it or drive onto it. So the traffic had to stop so that the cars could get on the road. In the end, it was up to the guests to clean up the snow. The same access road to the guest house is only 3 meters long but pretty slippery and icy in the morning. Otherwise, there are ice stalactites above the parking lot from the roof, which apparently has a snow breaker, but I don't know what the owner of the guesthouse would say if a guest had a pile of snow and ice on his car. I spent the whole stay wondering if in the morning I wouldn't have a broken glass on my car or a dented hood. It was just like a lottery if the wheels of a parked or exiting car did not come off on the frozen snow and hit the car next to it. The owner should think about himself and realize that he also needs to take care of himself and not just cash in at least in the winter months to clear the snow from the parking lot (during the day no one or at most one car is parked there) and buy at least a bag of salt. In order not to criticize, everything was clean and tidy during the stay, the heat in the room during the day and at night, the toilet shower was also clean. The air freshener in the hallway smelled nice, the manager honestly came every day to clean. But unfortunately the price does not match the quality of the accommodation.

Pets allowed, that's fine. We had a clothes dryer in the room which was handy.The kitchenette is really mini, cramped. In addition, in the middle between all the rooms, so if someone wants to pass, you have to leave the kitchen. There is a microwave, a small fridge, a stove, and a kettle, so you can make canned or instant soup in case of emergency. It would be nice to fix the shower, because even though I tried not to splash anywhere, the water got out through the curtain and unfortunately I couldn't find a bucket or a mop/rag for wiping.I would really recommend this accommodation only for an overnight stay.

A place to sleep for one night, worth the price. A room for two only three quarters of a meter longer and wider than a double bed, a shared kitchen in the corridor, toilet and shower in one for three rooms (on the upper floor, I don't know downstairs). But the bed is comfortable, the mattress is ok.

Great, ideal accommodation if you don't want to spend whole days in a room... :-) which would be a sin. Beautiful seats for a party of people in any weather, one would not say that it is by the main road... beautiful three days in Ruda. 👍
