It can't be compared to anything, the worst thing I've ever experienced.Poor quality equipment thrown together, even a newly laid floor on crooked and uneven ground does not make the result any better.

May 2023:Worst place! Entrance difficult to see in the run-down courtyard.Elevator broken, doors broken. Damaged tiles. Hair and mold in the bathroom. Escape areas are dark. Shower rod and door broken. No TV.Bugs in the room! No reception. No parking nearby. Stay away from this accommodation, every cent is too much.

If you're looking for a way to spend €180 on the worst accommodation you've ever had, then this is the option for you. Entrance smelling like urine, rooms in the style of a “dorm from the 1990s”, cockroaches, lack of wifi, just terrible. Don't make a mistake.

It is not recommended please avoid. I was ripped off. Had to pay 200 euros for the room. And couldn't sleep inside.

You get what you pay for. Rooms were clean, location is great (3 stops to the main train station) and key handover worked great and even earlier than booked. A suggestion for improvement would be an opaque curtain, as there are no shutters. Apart from that good!

It is difficult to contact the owner, emails are usually not answered, difficult to reach by phone, and you can wait in vain for a call back.Maintenance is a foreign word:Mattress and pillows were very shabby, the light above my mirror was broken, skirting boards in the hallway were missing, the elevator was broken (apparently it had been for years), the light in the stairwell was partly broken (you can't see anything at night), very noisy, the coffee cup and spoon were left dirty Table is badly scratched and doesn't hold much weight, there is no way to darken the room (the curtain is too thin), slightly overpriced for what is offered.Otherwise the accommodation is really ok for a few nights and the location is really great.

Well, I saw one cockroach. The bathroom was below average. The pillow was bad.The customer service was very bad for non germans. It felt a bit sketchy. But for the price maybe okay? You have to walk through the “ghetto”(many kebab shops) to get there, but when you are there, the neighbourhood is nice.

Most miserable dump I've ever seen. The “entrance” to the hotel is in a not particularly inviting backyard and is almost impossible to find from the street. Once in the building, it becomes clear relatively quickly why the rooms here are so cheap by Munich standards. The hallway probably hasn't been renovated in decades and hasn't been cleaned in a similar amount of time. Everyone comes in here 24/7 because the main entrance is never locked, which doesn't really inspire confidence given that the room doors are absolutely not burglary-proof and could probably be entered by a small child. You can also hear every little noise through the doors at night. The whole evil then becomes apparent in the rooms themselves. The rooms are poorly “spruced up”. There are borders hanging on the walls that are already peeling off, the beds are sagging and the pillows don't deserve to be described as such. But the bathroom was the absolute highlight. The walls and floors consist of 10 different types of tiles, most of which are loose or splintered, the toilet is poorly sealed with masking tape and there doesn't seem to be any warm water. There was hair from probably 10 predecessors and an old, used EKG electrode hanging on the walls!? The area doesn't seem to be the best either. On the second night we were woken up by a police presence outside the building. The roommates discussing loudly in all languages in the hallway rob you of the rest of your sleep.
