The location is pretty nice but the hostel itself was not. I could have been worse but the cups and plates in the caffeteria where definitrly not clean. The tables were also far from clean. The food itself though was quite ok, but we only got Baguette and Croissants. Regarding the rooms, there were NO lockers, and the 6/8 bed rooms we stayed in were pretty small. Disturbingly, we also found multiple bugs (prosumabely bedbugs, both dead and live!). I also have to mention that this matter was not handled satisfactory by the staff. The toilets and showers were als clean as you whould expect them to be, tough a bit small for larger people (definitely not recommended vor people above 1.90m). The price might be a mit much for what we experienced there. Drinks are also extremely expensive to buy there. Overall i still give it a 2/5 for the great location and in hopes that not everyone has to go through the same disaster as we did.

No light in bed. I had to complain 3 times for the problem to be resolved.Otherwise, good ample space and easy access to the city center.

We tried the brunch on a Sunday lunchtime. In addition to the friendly welcome. the nice setting and the family and student atmosphere, a little disappointed by the dishes offered, value for money.

I booked a single room here instead of a bed in a dormitory to have peace and quiet. Wasted money. A band has been playing music in the bar downstairs for hours. So loud that the floor in my room vibrates. It's manageable up to a certain point in time, but at some point it's rude to everyone who's here to sleep!

I was very underwhelmed with this hostel. The staff barely say anything to you, they don't seem to care. They state rooms have lockers, 1st floor rooms don't. Even though I booked 4 weeks in advance. There is no welcome drink like every other hostel I've stayed at.The rooms are clean and have curtains. Long walk to the communal washroom on a mixed gender floor. They also let students stay that were noisily running down hallways.

Great location but the service is not up to par. Reception closed between 5:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. (when there are the most arrivals) without this causing a problem for anyone in the establishment
