The hotel is clean, the food is very good.But unfortunately it doesn't say anywhere that swimming courses for children and babies are offered here every day except Sunday.This means that it is not an option for us to come again.We do wellness and get some peace from the stressful everyday life with children.So my request to you is that it would be great if you would mention this on your homepage.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the aja Hotel for two nights and were more than thrilled with our stay.The mountain view room does what it promises and you wake up with a wonderful view. The bed is comfortable, the room is very clean and, as a highlight, you could connect to the TV with your smartphone and use your own streaming services.The only 2 criticisms about the room:The bathroom has a somewhat strange layout and is half open into the room. The toilet is separate, but rather cramped. The street noise was quite loud, but not a problem with the window closed.A highlight of our stay was the spa area. The heated outdoor pool with a view of the mountains is particularly great. There was also a real sports pool where you could swim laps. For people who like it, there is also a nice sauna area. Another big plus: the children's area is separated, which ensures peace and quiet.Last but not least, the very good breakfast should be mentioned. There is a wide range of culinary options and you can even have your egg prepared fresh as a fried egg or omelette.We can highly recommend staying at the hotel. For the high price you get a lot and can relax well.

A modern hotel in a great location. Although it is quite large, it is still cozy. The rooms are modern and clean, and the size is also great. The spa area was just great, there were even infusions and great relaxation rooms. The food was very good both morning and evening. It was varied, fresh and delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly. All in all a great hotel.

Top hotel with small weaknesses.The staff was consistently very friendly and accommodating.We had booked a junior suite. The layout of the suite was really good. There was a lot of storage space and storage options, although the mini bedside tables are probably a joke.The room was clean, unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewer coming from the shower drain. We put a wet towel over it and that helped. However, we cannot imagine that the hotel management is not already aware of this problem.Personally, we were missing a mini-bar and safe. We are also used to a hotel like this having a kettle and a variety of teas in the rooms.The wellness area is great, there is absolutely nothing to complain about here.The breakfast was extensive and very tasty, it left nothing to be desired.In stark contrast to this was the evening buffet. There was only one bowl each with leaf lettuce and field lettuce. No carrot salad, radish salad or similar, no tomatoes etc.The main course was pork and meatloaf. The pork was totally dry and in our opinion there are better Bavarian delicacies than cheap meatloaf.The side dishes were all soggy masses.In our opinion, the evening buffet is not recommended. In terms of preparation, it was a real disaster and the price was far too high for the selection.Tip: There are many restaurants with excellent cuisine in Garmisch. However, you should reserve in advance.The parking fee of 17 euros per day was really annoying. We think 10 euros would do it too.All in all, we can highly recommend the hotel.Facilities, location, breakfast and wellness area are top. Everyone should decide for themselves about the weaknesses mentioned.

This was our second time there and we were bitterly disappointed this year. Price/performance was no longer right for us. We had the junior suite, dirty and without a safe. You have to get fresh towels yourself at reception. When checking in we had an employee at the reception who was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Absolutely unacceptable for us. Location and sauna/swimming area were great as always. Nevertheless, we wouldn't come a third time. Friendliness and cleanliness should be the be-all and end-all, especially in this area.

An overall nice stay at aja Garmisch-Partenkirchen.- Good location of the hotel- Clean room, but a bit small and with little storage space. Unfortunately, when the window was open, you could hear the noises of cars driving past, which spoiled your night's sleep.- Varied half board- Very friendly staff- Beautiful wellness and spa area

We liked the Aja in Ruhpolding better. 17 € per day (!) for the parking space is extortionate, you can park wonderfully a little further up at the ice stadium. Breakfast selection is great, dinner also has something for everyone. Service seemed slightly overwhelmed, ordering drinks was always a challenge. The mountain suite was great, the swimming area was also very nice and invites you to relax.

Honestly expected more from the photos and descriptions of hotel. Rooms were nice but nothing amazing. Suana and wellness area is good but often very busy. Great location to walk to town. Staff seemed always busy and overwhelmed.

First time in an aja. For 3 next in Garmisch. Great atmosphere, modern, beautiful hotel. Rooms very spacious and modernly furnished. Buffet: there are larger ones. However, I find the buffet like here to be completely sufficient and I see this as a positive if not everything possible is offered. Service very good, everything was great. Today there was a greeting from the house: ice cream at the reception if you want. We think the small shop that replaces the minibar is particularly cool. Entrance area mega inviting. Lots of attention to detail. Wellness area great! All in one a great vacation. We'll definitely come back.
