Absolutely FANTASTIC hotel! I almost never write reviews on Google, but Tanja and her team deserve it. The building had such character, in a wonderful area with beautiful views of LMU and the Siegestor. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the free breakfast was outstanding. Plus, the team went above and beyond to be helpful, with flexibility on check-in and check-out and little extras that make the stay all that more enjoyable. Not to mention, it's all outstanding value for money. Highly recommended!

We were enchanted by Tanja, the charming and super nice woman who runs this guesthouse. She even makes the jams for breakfast herself. The location is fantastic and the building is a historical attraction. …

Great location and incredibly nice operator. Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was far too short, but in the future this will be my port in Munich.

A gem in a sensational location.Starting from the first telephone contact, through the emails to the stay: simply outstanding. The location is brilliant. The elevator and its operation were amusing - we arrived at the reception on the 4th floor laughing. The double room for single use with its own toilet and shower/bathroom is surprisingly spacious, very clean and homely.Ms. Michel is a pearl in every respect and the soul of the hotel - with passion and commitment. The breakfast she offered left nothing to be desired with the homemade jams and breads and and and...My brother and I were here for the first time, but hopefully not the last.In the future, the hotel will be our first priority when we want to book accommodation in Munich.

Clean rooms, great location. Multiple toilets/showers per floor, more than enough for the rooms. Delicious breakfast and great service. The location can't be beat - 5 minutes from the English Garden, 2 minutes from the subway, easy access to the old town. The only issue was the parking, I had to search a bit for a spot, ended up a couple of minutes away from the hotel. That said, there are many spots along the street, just need to be a bit lucky or there at the right time

What a great visit to Munich!A perfect experience from the first phone call to departure. The hotel is highly recommended, the location is wonderful, the hotel itself is really cute and Ms. Michel is super friendly and helpful! The insider tip is the delicious homemade jams at breakfast. I was only there for one night, but I'll definitely come back next time, thank you very much!
