The link I received via SMS didn't work, the door didn't open even though the website said "door opened successfully". I arrived at midnight and couldn't reach anyone, but had to go to work at 6am instead of sleeping I had to look for a hotel, which is very problematic in this area, to be precise, impossible, I had to sleep in the car after a 6 hour drive and then drive to work, I can't recommend something like that to anyone and I'll never come back myself.

With this price of 47 euros‼️there is no such hotel in all of Germany, the beginning is a bit difficult to open the room, smart layout, everything is good and clean, I changed 5 hotels these days because of work, this is the best of all. I will come again. Greetings from Greece.

The incorrect hotel description will be noticed at the latest after receiving the SMS requesting online check-in. A clue to the missing reception can only be found hidden after you know what to look for. …

7:00 p.m. Nobody there, check-in link via SMS doesn't work. Someone can only be reached by phone via a detour. Booking via booking apparently results in the confirmation email not arriving.Otherwise good concept, only the guest should just come into the room.

The room itself is very well equipped but the hygiene leaves something to be desired because every surface is dirty.I didn't even get toilet paper!!The door locking system is a disaster; it often takes minutes until you get into the room. You receive a link via email to open the door or unlock the room, but it doesn't work. You can't get into the hotel without someone from the staff. That brings me to the next point after 6 p.m. you won't be able to reach anyone to help you.

Arrival time 6:10 p.m., family with two small children (under 2 years old). Rooms were not cleaned (used beds & towels and the room was in a generally dirty condition). After calling the emergency number, we were informed that this situation had been known since midday on the day of arrival and no one had managed to organize cleaning yet!! We were not informed and drove to the accommodation unsuspecting. The only solution that was offered to me over the phone was to clean the rooms myself at 6:30 p.m.!!!I requested an immediate cancellation and this was confirmed quickly without any problems.I am very disappointed with such behavior.

Modern and cheap. It's a bit out of the way but close to the center. Access only possible with cell phone. No possibility to park bicycles. Although the country of origin was requested, a local (Germany) address and telephone number must be provided.

The positive thing is that the room is well equipped and there are enough parking spaces, and there are also some e-charging stations on site. But the locking system is catastrophic. You get a link on your cell phone that opens the room. But this almost never works. We stood there at night for over half an hour until the lock finally opened. The emergency hotline cannot be reached. For us, the hotel is not recommended because you are afraid of not being able to get back in after leaving the room.

The rooms are very nicely furnished, but not completely clean... there is still dust around in places and there are shoe prints on the windowsill. The worst thing, however, is the locking system for the rooms. You will be sent a link with which you can open the room. However, this often doesn't work. At 11 at night we stood in front of the door for half an hour and tried everything possible to get into our room. The emergency hotline was no longer available at this time as it is only open until 10 p.m.! Luckily, after a “rub on the locking system,” the door opened. In the morning we checked out before 10. Friends of ours were there longer than us. That's why we tried, just for fun, to open our room with the link at 5 in the afternoon. What was shocking was that the door suddenly opened. As long as nothing changes to the locking system, we definitely won't be coming back.

In itself a nice idea with the hotel if everything works. A 24 hour service would probably be more appropriate, but no. You can reach someone by 6 or 10 p.m. And you shouldn't open the door. You should book a new room that only lasts until midnight. Top so it couldn't have been worse. The rooms are simple. But the service leaves a lot to be desired! 2 hours to open the door at night?! An impudence!
