Stylistically appealing and well-thought-out small boutique-style hotel. Nice bathroom, central location and still very quiet. Smooth online check-in without reception. Economy double room quite small and right next to the stairwell. Next time I will book a higher room category as the rooms are larger according to the plan and look a bit more attractive according to the pictures on the website.

A beautiful and lovingly designed hotel in the city center. You can reach everything on foot. Check-in works online, but that's not a bad thing. The rooms are very nice and individually furnished. In the courtyard there are free coffee specialties and paid alcoholic drinks. The sauna can also be used free of charge. Unfortunately, breakfast offers little choice and almost no vegan alternatives. Unfortunately, points are deducted for this.

A cool hotel in Erlangen for self-check-in, which worked without any problems. I am very impressed with the digital key! We stayed here for one night and it is a very nice place to stay. Many small details are more than positive (coffee bar, steam iron, bathrobes, etc.). We got a parking space right in front of the door. Late check-out approved directly upon request at no additional cost. Everything was great, gladly again!

Overall a nice hotel in a good location, breakfast was ok.The ability to take criticism, communication skills and accessibility leave a lot to be desired. I requested a late checkout and very graciously received it for free. I specifically asked if there was anything I needed to pay attention to so that it worked smoothly. The question was answered in writing with no. Unfortunately, the room access cards and digital keys that we used for the rest of our stay stopped working at the normal checkout time. We were not told this even when we asked. The hotel does not have a reception, so the problem had to be resolved over the phone. Unfortunately it took half an hour until the problem was solved. By then the departure train had been missed.Instead of an apology, I only received a mushy email complaining that I had ruined the employee's Sunday. Even when asked, no apology and no offer to make amends. NEVER AGAIN! HANDS OFF!
