Customer orientation and internal information exchange are completely absent.We were on a business trip with a colleague and received confirmation from the hotel by telephone the evening before that arriving early would not be a problem and that we could check in at any time. We planned our arrival so that we could recover from the long journey in our room before our appointments. When we arrived, the lady at the service/reception who was working that morning (October 21, 2024) gave us a anything but customer-friendly welcome. After a while of waiting, we were finally noticed and asked how she could be of help. We then made the lady aware of the early check-in that had already been agreed upon and asked her to check us in accordingly. Without even making the quick effort to look at the system or the documents, we were greeted with a harsh "Check-ins are only from 2 p.m., it's not possible before that!" thrown off. We explained to the extremely "nice" lady that we didn't want to check in at 8 a.m. just for fun and that we were aware that this wasn't the normal check-in time. Hence the call to confirm the early arrival. The answer to this was a clumsy "Which colleague confirmed this to you? I don't know anything about it! I'll have to take a look! Please wait!" We liked this reception so much that we decided to book another hotel during this waiting period and cancel it.If we were welcomed as guests in this way, we wanted to save ourselves the rest of the hotel. The potential to be even more disappointed was immediately too high for us. Absolutely not recommended.

For me it's a very good hotel because it's right on the motorway and you don't have to go into Nuremberg, so you save all the traffic in the city

The room was nice, close to the gas station, but it was quiet at night. The water in the shower was hot. The room is clean, the only thing that could be faulty is the lack of a waste bin, apart from the tiny one in the bathroom.There are towels, washing gel and a hairdryer.We check in at the store. There is a special hotel reception desk there. We get Wi-Fi data and a hotel card.My boss ordered a hotel via booking. However, I had to pay on the spot. In short, payment via booking does not work.About a 20-minute walk to Rewe and Aldi.Another advantage is the fact that there is a crossing under the highway (3.6 m), but you can also get to the hotel from the other side of the highway.

Sleeping facilities for long-distance drivers and clean. But as a hotel a clear no-go.Reception was completely disastrous, the rooms were very small, warm and had a lot of insect infestation.Breakfast is available at completely exorbitant prices if you have enough time, as it's a one-man operation in the morning

To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was staying here for work at the SPS trade fair and didn't have any great expectations. But the rooms were clean, the WiFi worked perfectly and it was pleasantly quiet. The surroundings aren't the best, but the hotel itself is more than okay. Breakfast options are available either in the restaurant or at Coffee Fellows. Not ideal for vegans or particularly diet-conscious people, but otherwise completely fine.

Very nice, clean rooms. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Unusually, the reception is in a shop next to the hotel building. It was a bit bad because I was received by a lady who was also selling at the same time. You can also refuel your car, although the prices are "a little" high (but it's a highway)

My wife has been there a few times for training nearby.The rooms are clean and well-kept, the location right on the motorway is great. You can also drive on the highway in both directions as there is an underpass. The reception is in the restaurant next door. Breakfast is also made there.I can recommend it. 👍

Rooms small but very clean, check-in quick and easy in the restaurant. Breakfast, fried eggs with bacon and crusty rolls were very tasty. Perfect for overnight stays on a long journey. P/L is completely fine.
