Beautiful hotel that combines old and new.My room was quite large and an interesting combination of old building structure (thick wooden beams of the roof structure in the room) and modern design.There are deductions for the carpet in the room - it was pretty worn. And actually, carpeting is not acceptable in a hotel room... It looked extreme in the hallway. A new floor is urgently needed here. This seriously disrupted the good overall picture...The restaurant is good, it was completely full in the evening. The concept behind the menu is difficult to understand - pizza, burgers, home cooking. But what the heck, everyone could order exactly to their taste.The hotel has spaces in the nearby underground car park. They're a little tricky to reach, but they're definitely big enough.Conclusion: Gladly again, especially since it is only a few meters walk to the center of Mindelheim.

The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I will try to make this story short. Be extra careful with them and your reservation, we arrived after a 4 hour drive to Germany, this hotel said they would wait for us and they just ignored our paid reservation! ! We agreed to check in later over the phone and were told we would have our own check in ready. We even arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected and no one answered, didn't open. After this terrible experience they don't take our calls and they didn't even apologize, I have many friends who speak German and they called, the hotel hung up after they said our name or reservation number. This is very rude and not professional at all, I used to work in a hotel and this is just not how you treat hosts. We booked this place 6 days before arrival and knew we would arrive around 11pm. They even say that the reception is open until midnight on the door. They just don't care!!! How can you just ignore a host who comes to your hotel with a valid and paid reservation and then not even pick up the phone or just hang up. No apology, no money back. We had to find a hotel in a very small town in the middle of the night. It wasn't easy at all. Shame on you Kuntsmuhle.

We stayed in the island house for one night - very quiet, nice, modern roomsThe restaurant in a former mill with many beautiful details of a mill, super friendly and fast service team, many service providers can learn a lesson from that.A reservation for dinner is recommended.The dinner was delicious and the breakfast with a great coffee for the price was more than 👌In just a few minutes you can be in the beautiful old town.Small drawback - better signage on site to the parking lot should be implemented

The hotel is ok I guess but I wouldn't come back for several reasons.1. The wifi doesn't work so we've had to rely on our hotspots all week.2. The rooms have beams in the most inconvenient places (like right in front of the door, right by your bed) so it's easy to hit your head every time you stand up.3. The breakfast is not good especially for the price - you can do so much better going to a cafe in town.4. It could use some maintenance - the carpets are all stained and need to be replaced, same with the chairs in the rooms and there are huge spiderwebs in the doorways to the outside of the hotel so you have to duck every time you walk out.

Booked with breakfast via B. and paid with P., but breakfast is charged extra. Rooms like oven and dinner only until 9 p.m. sharp. But 100m further there is a top beer garden with delicious food.

Neat hotel, spacious room, clean. Spend the night here on the way to holiday in Italy. Nice staff. Also ate in the restaurant. Available until 9:00 PM. We had a lot of traffic jams along the way, so it was nice that this was still possible.
