Due to an upcoming operation the next day, I booked a room here by phone about 14 days in advance. The day before the operation, my operation was canceled at the clinic (preliminary examination), so I no longer needed my room. I drove straight to the hotel. The lady at the reception was very nice, understood my situation and canceled my room for free. Recommendation for this reason is definitely TOP!

(1) Room Chandelier cannot work at the third night. Despite request to fix, it was still not fixed at the fourth night.(2) A restaurant is located on the ground floor, feel noisy even after 10pm or 11pm, and smell the cigarette smoke if staying at the first floor.(1) Exquisite hotel.(2) Front desk people are friendly.

Stayed here for one night, booked well in advance. After check-in, which went smoothly, we moved into our room in the back building. The room was very large and there was even a terrace. However, we couldn't use it because the handle of the patio door was accidentally locked. We also couldn't use the WiFi because there was no password anywhere. We communicated both to reception and the young man said he would take care of it. When we returned late in the evening, we found no light in the hallway outside our room. Unfortunately, we found in the room that there was no note for WiFi and the door to the terrace was still locked. The room overall was fine. The breakfast too, but the space at the buffet was far too narrow, the white sausages were ice cold, and there was always a lack of crockery or cutlery. And unfortunately the employee didn't understand us either. The breakfast selection was absolutely fine and there was something for every taste. We'll definitely come back again.

Due to various Deutsche Bahn train cancellations, we had to change our planned trip at short notice. The extremely friendly lady on the phone was very accommodating and helpful. If we book a trip to Munich again, we will stay at the Empress Hotel Munich.

We had from June 7th. until 9.6. visited this hotel. Since we didn't like it, we wrote an email to the hotel, but they haven't responded to it yet. That's why I would like to publish the text of this email here:"Saturday, June 8th: We come to breakfast shortly after 8. There are 4 or 5 tables where no one is sitting. However, the dishes are piling up on them. We go outside the door for 10 minutes. Next time we try, a table To find it, it looked the same in the breakfast room. We cleared a table ourselves and put the dishes in a pile on the neighboring table. However, there were no plates, no bread or rolls, no butter , no scrambled eggs. Then Oleg from the reception calmly stands in the kitchen and makes himself fried eggs. That's very bold and a high form of disrespect for the guests who have to pay 15 euros for breakfast. Before the rolls were finally laid out we left. There were no scrambled eggs either. Plus the annoying Ukrainian music that was playing all the time was simply disgusting!
