We were guests at the Alpine Residence for a short trip (3 days). We have been going to beautiful hotels for our birthdays for years and have experienced many great moments and surprises. …

Very nice mountain place in a fabulous scenery outside, and just down from the famous - or infamous - Eagle's nest ...|Nice, large and modern rooms in a chalet-type building with the view outside ... except the bad weather/rain we had when arriving ...|Nice and friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast.

Under any criticism! A rude and mean woman sits at the counter, not arbitrary at all, the room was reasonable minus, the kitchen is small without a window, the room has a dirty and gray carpet, a large bathroom without ventilation and good lighting, we had a bad and unpleasant stay. In the end, they charged us another €50 that was not listed on the reservation and the horror of calling the police... in short, a horror of a hotelThe location was excellentEverything else was terrible!!!far away

Everyone complains about the lady at the counter. I hope the owner reads the reviews. The lady at the counter is rude and unserviceable. It hurts the experience of staying at the hotel.

We were at the hotel for a few nights, there is no reception there, in addition there is no wifi in the rooms, the lobby is locked at 6 pm and if you want internet you have to sit outside. The hostess is not nice. The bed is really really uncomfortable

The owner treats customers in a disrespectful manner. During the flood, when half of Europe was cut off, the owner showed no understanding and took the money for himself, even though the stay didn't even take place. He argued that the weather in his city was great and it was not his problem. The owner cut short the discussion, not wanting to return at least part of the money, knowing full well that it was impossible to come to his facility due to the critical flood situation in Europe. Only the employee who answered the phones was understanding and tried to do something about it, but he couldn't do anything since his boss had the last word.

Cold and impatient staff stayed at this location from September 24 to 26, 2024. We had difficulty obtaining information. And no smiles from all the staff. A fabulous place, a superb room but poor staff.
