One of the most beautiful estates I have been to is located midway between the city center and eibsee lake. Close to the bus station. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. It is quiet and a bit secluded. However, you can take walks nearby and enjoy the mountains and clouds. There is a spa within walking distance. You can have a breakfast spread in the morning (don't forget to order it beforehand). The staff is super friendly and speaks English, German and Hindi. I recommend this place if you are looking for tranquility and calm. Just take a walk nearby and soak in the view.

The hotel is ok but I wouldn’t recommend this place. The main issue we had was with the receptionist lady, who really needs to work on her customer service skills and attitude.First off, check-in was super rushed. She didn’t explain anything to us, like the Guest Cards or the amenities. I’ve stayed at hostels that do a better job of explaining services at check-in. Here, it felt like she just wanted to get it over with. But the worst part was her attitude when we needed some help. I got food poisoning (not the hotel’s fault), and my husband went to ask if we could extend our stay by a day so I could recover. She just coldly said, “no, we’re fully booked,” without a hint of empathy. We understand that the hotel was fully booked, that's completely ok, but a little kindness and concern wouldn’t have hurt.I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for decent customer service.

Avoid this hotel! Our check-in experience was terrible. The receptionist was rude and condescending, questioning our home address with a snarky comment about our zip code. He barely spoke to us, avoided eye contact, and tossed the room key and guest cards at us without explanation. We later discovered the cards were for city discounts, but we had to figure that out ourselves. When my boyfriend asked for the WiFi password, he was rudely told, “It’s on that paper on your right, don’t you see it?”The room was just okay—clean, but with a strong cigarette smell likely due to the old carpet. The bathroom was renovated, but there was dirt on the sofa arms. The room lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during the summer. The hotel’s only redeeming qualities are its location and price, but I would have gladly paid more for a better experience elsewhere.

!!!!!!!!! AVOID !!!!!!!!When we arrived to the hotel to check in there was this rude and insolent guy at the reception, that upon asking us our personal information started doubting our home address, almost not believing in us: “that’s the longest zip code I’ver ever heard but ok” in this condescending tone, basically implying that we were giving him the wrong information. He almost never addressed a word to us, never making eye contact and throwing the room key and two guest cards (that we later, and by ourselves, figured out that they were city guest cards that offered discounts).Later that same day, my boyfriend went to the reception again asking for the WiFi password (that the guy didn’t bother to give us) and was welcomed with the following “is on that paper on your right side, don’t you see it?”.This is by far the worst reception I have ever encountered. It gives the hotel a bad name and terrible image.Regarding the hotel installations: the room was ok. Cleaning was ok (the room smelled like cigarette smoke, I presume due to the old carpet). The bathroom was renovated. Dirt was accumulated on the sofa arms. The room doesn’t have AC so it gets pretty hot and stuffy during the summer. The best part of the hotel is the location and the price comparing to the others hotels around.Overral I would’ve preferred to book a pricier night and have a better experience.

We stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms. The beds were satisfactory, and the bathroom, although relatively new, was too small—a proper shower door would be much better than the curtain. The balcony door couldn't close properly, so we had to leave it open. The balcony chairs needed a thorough cleaning as they were covered in dust and pollen. There was no way to make the rooms dark at night since the top-roof window lacked a blind. Our family was disappointed to learn that the pool, sauna, and bar were closed and no longer in use (updating this information on the website would be appreciated). The TV box had a loose connection, making it difficult to get a proper signal on the small TV.On a positive note, the employee at the service desk was friendly and patient, especially since we arrived much later than expected..

Clean and good value for price. Nice big room and parking is on site. Cute stream behind the hotel as well. Caution when using the shower as if you do not position the shower curtain correctly, the floor will get very wet.

Here now, July 2nd. No pool! No hot tub! No sauna! Front desk clerk (male) just laughed and said the manager wanted him to change the website but he just didn't want to. Have not have any of the above FOR OVER A YEAR!!! My view is of a neighbor's back yard and driveway and the trash in it. No bathroom mat, 2 skimpy towels, no cold water in room.

Amazing location, big and clean rooms! I was surprised because some opinions in booking were not very good but we spent 1 night there and our experience was awesome. From our terrace we had alps views and the room was big and clean. The staff was friendly so I cannot say nothing negative (the price was 74€, cheaper compared with other hotels in the area)
