A really pleasant hotel with minimalist, retro-like furnished rooms. Even a view of Oktoberfest. Everything you need as a guest is there. The room was spotlessly clean.What really appeals to dog owners is the hotel's attention, with an extra basket and water bowl. Really great! In general, the hotel is very dog-friendly and in 3 minutes you can walk the dog directly at Theresienwiese.The staff is helpful, friendly and always up for a nice chat. Everyone exudes a certain resilience, especially at Oktoberfest times. Great!Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast, with heart-shaped rolls, cheese, ham, delicious chutneys...everything from sweet to salty! Overall I felt very comfortable. Thank you very much!

The location of the hotel is the only advantage. My room was on the stairs, I heard every single conversation from everyone who came up/down (and it would probably be possible to participate - haven't tried).The rooms are cleaned every 3 days (according to reception), but you can see the condition from the photos - dirty walls, dirty bathroom, dirty curtains. Why I have to clean up someone's matted hair from the floor is a mystery to me, since the price category of the hotel cannot be called cheap.

Nice clean room but there's no AC and I'm summer the room heated above 30C made it difficult to sleep. I guess winter time this won't be a problem.

Great location near the subway but overall we were disappointed. The room was not well maintained (multiple stains on the walls, lots of dust) and was very noisy even though we were in the back building away from the street (we could hear all the neighbours). Breakfast was ok, not really worth it. Staff was helpful.

As reviewed by others, in contrast to the pictures on the website or social media, the hotel is already old and worn out.Maybe it was the outbuilding in which we were staying. I can't estimate the main building.Positive first+ Location is great, you have the subway station right in front of the door+ Quiet location+ Balcony+ Large and spacious rooms+ Nice employeesNegative+ No air conditioning, just a small fan, which doesn't do much in a heatwave+ No safe+ No small refrigerator+ Technically not up to the standard of other hotels, TVs for example old and not streaming capable+ The outbuilding is in need of renovation, signs are partly hanging loosely on the ceiling, lights make strange noises, the walls are partly dirty+ Cleanliness in the room could be improved. It was basically clean, but you just expect more cleanliness in this price range+ Access to the annex building is actually secured, so only people with a room card can get in. Unfortunately it appears to be defective as the door always opens. Since you can get to the next building directly from the street and the corners in the hallways were so pitch dark despite the light, we didn't feel so safe at night.

Unfortunately, the hotel is getting old and a superficial renovation won't change that. The beds are so incredibly hard that we wondered why. When I looked, I noticed that there was no slatted frame, just a wooden board on which the mattress lay. In addition, the bathroom was only superficially clean, but all the silicone and the corners were rather dirty.However, the location is great and our request for a quiet room was also taken into account (room courtyard).

We felt completely comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the really great breakfast buffet. The location is great, you can practically take the subway and be at Marienplatz in 5 minutes. Walking into the city center is no problem either. Nice little restaurants nearby.

The only thing you can say is good here is the location. The rooms are shabby and the staff is unmotivated. You have to take care of everything yourself. There was black mold on both the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. I definitely won't stay here again.

The room was larger than expected and clean, but the wifi was so slow that it was difficult to watch videos, and there was no air conditioning even in high temperatures, so you had to turn on a fan. There is a small balcony, but it is rarely used and the view is not great. It's about a 30-minute walk from downtown, so it's a good distance to walk if the temperature is low. It's only 3 metro stops to the central square, so it's not far. It's nice to have Bavaria Park nearby.

A disappointment and I don't see why you would stay here again in a city with this selection of hotels. I booked months in advance for one night for 140€ + 16€ parking garage and then, with a little delay, we discovered that we only got a 1-person room when we wanted to take a shower in the evening: only 1 towel, 1 chair on it Balcony, 1 cup, 1 glass - something like that has never happened to me before. So we go back down with the 90 elevator, which took us ages to get up to at least get a towel. The rooms are actually shabby, as some have already written, and the bathroom is completely impractical. It was nice that we had a quiet room at the back. But I would actually like to get my money back for the rest of the Comfort, because it's not good value for money and when I tried to be friendly when checking out, I was only given a blank stare

We booked a room here for 3 nights through Booking and were unable to arrive due to illness. We therefore wanted to postpone the travel date and booking was totally committed and made several inquiries to the hotel, which should actually be answered within 24 hours. We also called the hotel countless times and made contact via booking chat. If you were lucky enough to reach someone at the hotel, you were told that the reservations department would take care of it. We would have really liked to arrive at a later date and a solution would certainly have been found, but to date (3 weeks later) there has been no response from the hotel. For us, incredibly poor customer service and also quite unwise from an economic point of view. Luckily there are enough other dedicated hotels in Munich for our next visits to this great city :)
