Very good experience 10/10. The biggest advantage is the location and how easily the train station can be accessed. The grocery shop in the station, the bus station and bunch of restaurants all are within 5 min walking distance from the Hotel. The overall service of the hotel was very efficient from smooth check-ins to quick, easy access to warm water and 24/7 Wi-Fi.The hospitality of the staff was highly appreciated especially that of Tom’s very kind, courteous and friendly.Since I’m traveling from an Asian country, I would suggest adding more variety to the breakfast buffet. Including sufficient vegetarian options and alternatives for those who don’t consume pork or beef will enhance the overall dining experience for diverse customers. Also, while you’re at the breakfast buffet be sure to try the fruit pie it was absolutely delicious.

It's a hotel with a good location, but everything else is crap.During my stay of 3 nights and 4 days (9/14-9/17), hot water was not available except for one day.It was absurd that the weather was cold and there was no hot water.When I complained to the front desk, they said I would receive a 20% refund if I emailed the manager in charge, so I sent an email, but it hasn't been processed for 3 weeks.It's my first time seeing something like this.

Excellent locationRight next to the train station and bus station, there is also a supermarket inside the train station that is open until 11pmRoom cleanliness and managementThere are some people gathering to drink next to the hotel near the train station, but I think it's okay as long as you walk around them and walk away.But the biggest problem is that there is no hot water for showeringNot enough hot water on the first day of stayThe front desk responded that it was probably because too many people were using it at the same time and the technical staff had been notified to handle it.There was no hot water at all the next day. They said the water heater was broken.So we can only wait for technicians to repair it, but even if the repair is completed, it may take a long time before hot water comes. They have no other way.Looking at other reviews, the lack of hot water is not a problem for a day or two. The hotel does not seem to be actively solving this problem.

I liked the hotel. We took a double deluxe room corner on two corners. The location I liked very much. It is close to the train station, about 100 meters away. I liked the hotel in terms of the location. It is close to most of the tourist places, restaurants and the mall. The staff are once courteous and helpful, but what I noticed is that the rooms are small and do not have a refrigerator, but there is a mini bar and the atmosphere is cold. We did not need it at all. refrigerator

I went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9am this morning and found that a lot of food was missing and not even refilled. Isn't that too outrageous? ? Isn't the breakfast time from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.? It feels terrible

Good rooms on the fifth floor with a view of the mountain and the train station. The room is medium in size, 26 square meters. The air conditioner is cold. Room service is sometimes slow, but in the end they meet all your requests. Very very close to everything. Yes, to everything. The prices are very suitable for everything. Parking is available for 16 euros approx. Per day. Yes, I will definitely visit this hotel again

Just a good location. You might think that if the location is good, everything is fine, but there is no hot water, there is no way to deal with it, and it may not be available for a while. They even check the elevator from 7:40-8:30 PM.. haha. It's just a boat, so don't go there...

Unfair Treatment and Selfish Response from Hotel ManagementI’m writing to share a disappointing and unfair experience at this hotel, where my friend, an Asian lady, was treated poorly. After a day out, she returned to find that the hot water issue, which had been ongoing since the morning, was still unresolved. This was especially troubling given the 4-degree weather and constant rain over the past few days.At the same time, another couple (English-speaking) approached the reception with the same complaint. The receptionist repeatedly dismissed the issue, stating, "It’s not my problem," instead of offering any solution. When the male guest in the couple attempted to reason with her—understandably frustrated—the receptionist responded by telling him not to speak to her in that manner, rather than acknowledging the issue.After a long wait, a junior manager finally arrived. Shockingly, while the couple was compensated with an upgrade to a 5-star hotel, my friend was simply refunded her accommodation charge and expected to find her own lodging. This occurred in the late of the night, in freezing, rainy weather. The hotel management's decision to leave her stranded, while offering an upgrade to the other guests, not only shows a level of unfairness but also complete disregard for her well-being.It’s clear that the hotel’s management is not only unfair but also incredibly selfish, prioritizing one set of guests over another, leaving my friend in an extremely vulnerable situation.I hope the management reconsiders how they handle such situations in the future and treats all guests with equal care and respect, regardless of their background or language.I am glad that I didn't choose to stay in this hotel.

It sucks. It’s 7 degrees Celsius in Salzburg in mid-September and it’s still raining. It rained all day and I was freezing. When I went back to the hotel to take a shower, there was no hot water. There was no hot water in the room, but I wasn’t informed in advance when I checked in. , called the front desk and asked the front desk, she only said that there is no hot water in the whole hotel, and there's nothing she can do, this problem is not only tonight, it's been a while, maybe a week? Or even a few month, and she said everyone stay in this hotel are all accept this ridiculous situation, extremely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!! Can the hotel continue to operate without hot water?????????????

Another rainy day, another disappointed guest.There’s no need to flog a dead horse anymore, but I would expect a hotel to have running hot water, or at least be responsible for the lack of it.The most shocking part was not the lack of hot water actually - that would be reserved for the female receptionist withholding that information from us when we checked in. Coming in a close second spot for unprofessionalism would be the other tall German male receptionist who dismissed our queries later in the night.The lack of transparency and outright devious behaviour leaves room for improvement, a pretty large room at that.

Nice clean rooms. A small fridge would be nice in the room. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the bathroom on September 14-15, 2024.It's quite unpleasant!
