It was a beautiful, sunny day. We invited friends to the Best Western Parkhotel for brunch and lunch. The arrangement and decoration in the garden was a feast for the eyes. The meals were delicious. The staff was very attentive, the service was excellent and our mood was excellent! It was a very pleasant, successful day for all of us. - We will be back!Ingo and Brigitte

Hotel was simply, but beautifully decorated -- overall feeling of brightness and cheer.|Attractive use of mirrors, windows, glass and lights. It was very attractive but not overdone. Bathroom very modern with a backlit mirror, which I found very helpful.|Friendly, helpful staff. Every area very clean.

Good hotel but questionable staff. Quiet location, clean rooms and linens. Coffee machine is available in the lobby. Showers need to be improved to prevent water leaks during showers. Also getting in and out rises safety concerns because of slippery incline bathtub side you have to partially step on to be able to get out. Enjoyed the stay until very last night before our flight. I sent my daughter downstairs to ask for a plate to borrow. The guy at the reception asked her rude with irritation “What do you want?” When she asked him for a plate he replied “Go to bed, it’s late” in front of other customers. She had nothing to do but come back with nothing and burst into tears. I need to mention that plates and glasses were available next to coffee machine but she asked for permission. It’s her first time to visit Germany and first ever rude interaction with a human being. Our family had a great time in Munich but this incident spoiled all the mood. I have never met a rude hotel employee in my whole life. And didn’t expect any hotel staff to be rude with a child.I notified the lady at the front next morning about the incident, she apologized. I believe she mentioned the guy’s name Isaak.

The guest sees something like that and is surprised by it - everything else beyond that, the reasons why why why don't matter - the hotel has to take a better look at it and request the new TÜV label early on so that it can be renewed without any ifs and buts when it expires and not in June or later.Room: 501 on the ground floor (June 21st - June 25th, 2024) European Football Championship timeWhen we arrived with a room on the ground floor, facing the back onto the terrace, we found an "amber forest cockroach" in our room. found - the cleaning team should have seen this because at the time we took over the room, the windows and doors to the terrace were closed and the cockroach was clearly visible in the room.The TV had a massive malfunction at times, so that the TV went off every maximum of 10 minutes. When we complained, we were told that you could look at the bar, which we declined because we wanted to stay in the room.If you want, you can have breakfast on site for a fee.We requested this in advance by email and received a notification of €19.00 per person/day. When we checked in, the employee didn't offer breakfast. Room and bathroom were great. The 500 rooms have a terrace. Breakfast was also rich and good.
