You come to a kind of residential building that is very run down. Then you have to go through 2 doors to get to reception. A very nice man sits in a small, private corner (supposed to serve as a reception desk) and hands you the key and compares the data, etc. Everything worked without any problems. Our room was right next to reception. You could always hear inside when someone came and checked in...but it was quiet at night. The room was reasonably clean. Enough for us as a family for 1 night. But you shouldn't have high expectations. You could have breakfast for €9 per person. We were able to book additionally, but we didn't take advantage of it. The windows in the room could only be opened slightly...which meant it was abnormally hot in the room. The surroundings weren't the most beautiful, but the train station was definitely close by and supermarkets were within walking distance. However, we would probably not stay there again.

I am very disappointed about the cleanness and the customer service of this hotel. |First of all the hand of the bath was broken, so we couldn’t shower well! |then we found two insects in the middle of the night in our room. …

I stayed in the so-called hotel for three nights. On the first day I had to change rooms twice and I had to grind my teeth into the third room.No TV reception was possible via the digital antenna (DVB-T). When I complained, the gentleman at reception replied that it wouldn't be a good day for him. He reluctantly gave me a second room.Second room, individual public channels could be seen via a digital antenna (DVB-T), and that was it again. The room is in poor condition. The sink was clogged and all the soup came up. The reason for this was the rusted drain mechanism for the plug. The bathroom tiles were unclean and there were two cracks on the floor. Fittings had traces of rust. The room condition was very old, not particularly clean, the ventilation duct had traces of rust.Third room: Again only a few public channels through the attached DVB-T antenna. Lids for the junction boxes in the room were missing, and even the fire alarm was missing. The ventilation duct was also rusty. Fan was noisy, probably due to bearing damage. The toilet was a strange yellow-brown color and the room was also lacking in cleanliness. The curtains should also be cleaned again.Generally:The DVB-T antenna was plugged into the TV in all three rooms, but the reception was very poor. An antenna cable is also connected, but one can only speculate about its function. The included breakfast is very simple. There was a choice of two types of rolls, four types of sausage and 1x cheese and jam, a type of yogurt and a little fruit, orange juice and apple juice. The coffee machine was out of order, so coffee was served from a thermos. The eggs were so hot that you could only touch them with a cloth, probably from microwave heating. Breakfast was billed at €4 + €3 drinks. When I arrived after 10 p.m. on the second day, the shower towel was missing. Since the reception wasn't occupied, I had to dry myself with the small towel. When I asked her about it the next morning, the maid and the woman at the reception knew who was responsible for the towels. The entire furniture could use a new coat of paint. There are two parking spaces available for the entire hotel, which are billed as a garage. To open the barrier, there is only one hand transmitter for the entire hotel, which you just have to go to the bar to open and bring back immediately. The next one was billed at €108/night.

If you are here for work, it is an ideal price-quality ratio. You have your own shower, TV and WiFi are also available.

The triple room has three single beds. Quick check-in, they cleaned every day and the breakfast is not bad at all. With transport about four minutes walk, a busy but safe area.

The room was fine, we were only there for 2 nights and it was fine for that. The man at the reception was a very nice man and helped us. The location is perfect, the train is 3 minutes away and you can get into the city within 10 minutes by S-Bahn.

Shabby, big stains on the floor, dirty, curtains torn, although we booked a double room with two single beds, we were given a "double bed" which was far too narrow for two people. Without words! Something like this should be closed!

I don't recommend it to anyone, don't do it, it's exaggerated, you'd better look for something else but never come here, you don't deserve one star either
