The accommodations were decent. The room was a good size with all you need. The bathroom was quite large with a very odd style shower. The cleaners never came to the room to exchange sheets or towels.There was very little phone service in the rooms, and the WiFi they provide is sadly terrible.The service at the front desk and the bar were always there and tentative when you need something, though. If you needed something, they would always assist you.The location was perfect. Not very far from anything, and the local trams were easy to navigate if we did have to go somewhere further than a walk. The front desk had great directions as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn München City Zentrum! Despite reading some mixed comments before, I decided to book directly with the hotel, which turned out to be cheaper than using booking sites and others.One of the biggest perks was the convenient parking. The rates were comparable to other places around, but with the added convenience of direct access to the hotel. I chose the Premium Plus rooms for a tiny price difference and was very pleased with my decision. These rooms come with air conditioning and seem to be more spacious.Additionally, the option to check out late at 4 pm for an extra 20 euros was very helpful and added to my overall satisfaction. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

No complaints about this hotel. We had a premier plus room on the 8th floor that was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Reception is staffed 24/7. You do need to request housekeeping if you want it.This hotel is right off of the U-Bahn, walking distance to Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants.Lost a star because there was no shampoo in our shower - just body wash and hand soap. Also on our last day someone just keyed into the room at 8am before we checked out. Strange.

Nice general location, that's it. Simple furnishings, air conditioning either not available or, like ours, completely broken. When we asked at reception, they told us a lie and said it would be centrally controlled. You can't open the windows on the 2nd floor to the inner courtyard, the ventilation noises are too loud. The promised technician never came, as was to be expected, and was not outraged. In addition, far too expensive for what it is! You really just have to pay a little more for a perfect hotel, where you won't have a headache or a bad vacation. Not recommended.

The rooms are spacious and clean.The service downstairs at the entrance area at the reception is a disaster. We should pay double for our stay. They couldn't find the room we had booked and in the evenings and mornings when we wanted to order something at the bar, they were totally overwhelmed.

Perfectly location, the hotel provides all you need for a short city break. The staff were very friendly and helpful; Marco from Reception helped us the most by guiding us on places to visit and food and beverage establishments to try.
