Stayed at the beginning of October for 4 days in a "deluxe room" in the annex of the so-called hotel.The rooms are modern and functional and the check-in also has a PINworks, but there is no working oneHeating (underfloor heating) or it is defective or not turned on (uncomfortable, thick in the eveningsclothes to sit in the room...).It is absurd to run a hotel without a local contact person and with zero service!! Contacts via emergency telephone or emailoffer no real help. This hotel is absolutely not recommended, we won't come again!!In addition, it is really in a remote area and the parking situationIt's still annoying when you come later in the evening.Then it's better to pay 30-40€ more per night somewhere else, but in return you have pleasant accommodation (and with breakfast).

We always enjoyed coming to the hotels. Sufficient for an overnight stay. But now impossible for the second time. In the summer, when you arrive with all the windows open, there's nothing wrong with a sauna. Not thinking about sleeping. Arrived yesterday evening October 2nd all windows open again and heating is not yet open. It wasn't 17 degrees in the house all night. Really outrageous. You can't shower cold. You have to get sick. That was the last time. Sorry, it doesn't work that way.

We have been coming for several years and have been booking the large rooms since the new building. Really very nice rooms with lots of space, nice bathroom etc. but unfortunately the cleanliness has deteriorated extremely over the years. Spider webs, dust and dirt can be found everywhere. When we asked if we could wipe them once, since our white socks were completely black, we should pay a cleaning fee. I found it very cheeky... Because of this, we are now looking for alternatives in the area. But we would be happy if the situation improved.I would actually like to give the hotel full stars.

Great hotels for a great price, but it's starting to get crowded. I have experience (approx. 6 visits in 2 years) And it is starting to wear out differently, but the price/performance ratio is great

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and offer a cozy atmosphere. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped small kitchenette, which has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Excellent value for money and a perfect place to feel good!We'd love to come back!

The rooms are unusually large, the furnishing style and the room layout take some getting used to, but I wouldn't give any deductions in the rating for that. However, this is different when it comes to cleanliness. Spider webs in several corners, dirt in the window seals, a refrigerator covered in soft drinks, used toothbrush cups, and beetles have already claimed the bathroom. Various stains on the white walls suggest that insects and beetles do not only seem to be a problem during our visit.For people with dust allergies, like my girlfriend, it is not an advantage that the floor between the bed and the wall consists almost entirely of dust.The house and especially the hallways, which are very poorly lit, are in need of renovation.When we arrived, we helped an older couple check-in, which posed no problems for my girlfriend and me in our early twenties, but could cause difficulties for people of advanced age, despite a good explanation. However, the fact that you had to use a flashlight on the ground floor to enter the code on the door is not due to an undiagnosed visual impairment on my part.The elderly couple would not have been able to be helped in the near future due to a lack of reception and probably rather slow service.As you might expect, we don't think this accommodation is particularly recommendable; at least we wouldn't book here again.

Rooms are functionally furnished as usual, but in contrast to new/modern WMM hotels, everything outside of the rooms is pretty run down. Creaking steps, flickering or poor lighting and the water in the shower doesn't really know whether it should be hot or cold. WMM's worst hotel so far.

The room is nice and big. Technically well equipped. Good beds. Cleanliness should be better. Some corners not clean, silverfish running around. No vending machine for drinks or anything else in the house.

Attention wheelchair users: This hotel is absolutely unsuitable for wheelchair users and disabled people! In order to get into the building you have to climb a staircase with around 20 steps (see photo)! …

I've never seen such a bad room1. I just checked in and the bed is still made up from the previous one2. the trash can is tormented by its predecessor's trash🤢🤮3.no fresh towelsI don't know how to express this in words but I just can't recommend it

I would have clearly given the first hour 5 stars. Very well placed, parking on site, easy to get into the room with the PIN.For the price, the rooms are very large, new, nicely decorated and very clean.My only BIG problem was the ventilation in the bathroom. Very loud and we can't make out. It was extremely difficult for me to fall asleep. The most important thing in a hotel room is to be able to sleep well, but that's impossible with this ventilation. It's a shame because otherwise the rest was great. So pack earplugs next time

At first glance, the room during the day was fine, with a small kitchen, table, bed and everything you need.When I came back to the room late in the evening, there were bugs in the bed and on the walls that were afraid of light. We're talking about 6 animals alone in the bed linen, behind the bed and on the walls.Since there is no reception and the "emergency number" is only available until 10 p.m., the situation could not be changed quickly at midnight.The hotel also appears extremely unaccommodating afterwards. Instead of offering appropriate compensation, an email suggests that you brought the vermin yourself.In my opinion, absolutely wrong. Quality as well as service. Not recommended

They left me stranded, hotel without reception. I made a reservation at 3:30 p.m. and received the room code at 10:30 p.m. Nobody in the hotel showed their face. I paid for the room but I couldn't use it and they didn't give me my money back. As time passed, I ended up making another reservation somewhere else so I could rest, paying for both.
