I recommend Tullip Inn hotel, because my stay was fantastic. Everything was very good, the room, the breakfast, the location, the personal, also the Hotel Manager was very polite and dedicated. I really recommend this hotel, if you want to be out of the center of the city.

The stay was underground. So many problems that we left early — and now we're being billed incorrectly AND overcharged.Some of the shortcomings:- disgusting smell from the shower drain- way too loud at night- Air conditioning broken and so hot that you can't sleep (in late autumn!)And as I said, the wrong invoice was issued and too much money was debited. I've called several times now, but so far it hasn't helped.I'm happy to adjust the rating if I at least receive the correct invoice and the correct amount is debited.

Check-in took a very long time. Although there were 3 people at the counter, the employees constantly complained that there was only one PC with which you could check in. Maybe that should be changed.The rep then told me the price changed because I didn't pay in advance.I found that completely absurd because the price was double that. After a phone call with booking.com, this was clarified. The employee had incorrect prices in the system.The room is new and clean. However, there is permanent ventilation and no heating. It got very cold at night.The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There were no cups or plates on all 3 days. We entered the breakfast room around 7:30. On the first day there weren't even any rolls left.The parking spaces are great and are also covered in the parking garage.

No first aid kit on site, no iron...we were given a broken one...no water in the room...ibis budget style, but somehow they got 4 stars.

Very good location to get to the Messe. Simple budget option. Good wi-fi and pet friendly. Loved big windows which gives good feeling of space. Was satisfied with my choice. Easy to arrive by airport by car or by public transport. And possible to park for free on the road. Really convenient. Aircon working well, the breakfast is very good, the service is very good, the staff is very kind, every think is perfect. This is my second stay here- really recommend .

Very decentralized.Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. When we arrived there was something visible under the table. Still after 3 days.Our towels were simply hung up in the bathroom and we didn't know who had which.If they were fresh, it wouldn't have been a problem.The breakfast was standard but sufficient. Dinner, which was supposed to be buffet style, wasn't for me. And vegetarians simply boiled dry potatoes and vegetables.Never again

My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant – the room was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly.However, on our last night, we had an issue with parking. Despite being a large hotel, there are fewer than 30 parking spaces available, which is insufficient for the number of guests. After spending over an hour trying to find a spot, we approached the receptionist for help, but he was rude and refused to assist us, even threatening to call the police if we parked in the free space out front.I believe the information about parking should be updated to clearly state that it is very limited, so guests are aware in advance.

The worst thing I've ever experienced.The room card didn't open the door. (326) the door in room number 325 no longer closed, but we were able to open it with ours. A chambermaid who didn't speak any Western European languages disappeared under the pretext of "reception, reception."Later, an employee arrived with the words "get the key in 2 minutes, the door opener is broken."Of course, half an hour later there was still no one with us.Through our own initiative, the key was organized within 2 minutes.The supposedly eager helper was standing in front of the door smoking.Toilet paper and toothbrush cups were also not available.Food very, very average. Acoustics like in a train station.Drinking at the bar was almost impossible as the waiter preferred to talk on the phone.no refrigerator or storage space available.Lowest level

Room facing the parking lot is not recommended. Noise and incredibly bright floodlights. Rooms are OK. Breakfast good. Location terrible.

The price-performance ratio in the hotel is absolutely ok, the rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is ok according to the hotel category! There are significant deductions in the rating for the service at the reception: Ms. B. (long blonde hair, large black glasses) is arrogant and unfriendly, you should not have customer contact with this behavior, this lady is not a good “poster child” for that Hotel!

The hotel is relatively cheap but unfortunately very decentralized. But the rooms are fine, well-kept, clean and relatively spacious. Breakfast was rather very simple. Minimal is not available, but you can buy drinks at reception.

The most disturbing hotel I have ever stayed inThe lady who works at the reception is really annoying and so rude and can't do the jobShe sent me the key 3 timesShe didn't return my change for the drinks.She's arrogant and she doesn't give a damn about customers, she had AirPods on the whole time.I won't recommend it to anyoneI hope management will take care of it
