Clean room according to the category, even if the bathroom was very small. Very friendly staff both at reception and in the breakfast room. Plenty of selection at the buffet.

Nice hotel with fairly modern rooms and a great location opposite Munich main train station. Nevertheless, the rooms are quiet (windows with good soundproofing). The breakfast buffet is also rich. I just felt that the rooms, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaned a little better.

The room has a refrigerator, safe, and plenty of power outlets. There were enough hangers, and there was even a bathtub🛁.Although it is right in front of the central station, it is well soundproofed and quiet. They made it possible to check in at 16:00 even before 13:00. However, the response was not friendly at all and seemed like a bit of a nuisance...Due to the different time zones, the other staff members, regardless of gender, didn't smile, so I had to greet them first. WWThe biggest advantage of this place is that it is near the station. The area around the central station is unsafe at night, but there's a tram station right in front of it, so it's manageable. There is an Italian restaurant on the first floor.

I visited this hotel for Oktoberfest and had a very comfortable stay. The location was right in front of Jungang Station, so it was easy to get around, and the festival site was only about a 15-minute walk away, so it was easy to get around.I had a comfortable stay without any drawbacks in mind.

Convenient location near the main station of Munich. Service is excellent – there was a huge mistake made with my booking caused by the booking system, but management was extremely responsive, apologetic, and accommodating and ensured that the issue was resolved in a timely manner. They provided consistent and professional communication and even leftme a letter and stocked my minibar for free as a kind gesture! The rooms are good, but not super sound-proof so you'll hear some street noise and noise from other guests occasionally. I didn't mind it overall but it should be kept in mind if you prefer a more quiet environment during your stay. I also felt that housekeeping would come way too early, waking me up a couple times and even once entering without knocking while I was in the room.Overall I was satisfied with my stay during Oktoberfest and appreciate the service above all else!

The hotel is a little old, but it's located across the street from Munich Central Station. Access is excellent. Although the building was old overall, it was clean and spacious. The hotel's service is good, and there is a water dispenser so you can enjoy water and carbonated drinks.I didn't mind that there was no air conditioner, but it might be a problem in hot weather. Also, as a foreigner, I appreciate the Wi-Fi, but there are no power conversion adapters available for rent, so I have to either buy them or bring them. There was a USB port behind the TV.

I stayed for 2 nights to use the airport and to attend Oktoberfest. It's near the station, so there are supermarkets and restaurants, and the bus stop is on the opposite side of the station, but it's also close by, and the Oktoberfest venue is within walking distance, so the location was very good. I had originally booked a compact room at Urban Smart, but they upgraded me, and the room was very spacious, with a blower, refrigerator, and other facilities.I was able to spend a comfortable time there, which I am very grateful for. Also, the breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety, it was open early in the morning, and the staff were very kind. Although this was my first time staying at Munich, I personally highly recommend it for a 3-star European hotel, and I would like to use it again next time.
