If only a night in this run-down hotel cost half as much. Then maybe there would be more than 1 star. No elevator, no air conditioning, no parking space. Doors don't always close reliably and the walls are noisy. When you get out of the non-level showers, you can easily break something on the slippery tiles. But the worst thing is the combination with the Floetz Bar, where the loudest music and shouting is the order of the day until 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Unbearable with the windows closed but in the heat without air conditioning it is unbearable with the windows open.

First impression was that the receptionist was unfriendly and unfortunately things went badly, hair in the bathroom, not really cleaned! Very expensive! Very central location

very run-down hotel, no parking space, had to carry suitcases up to the 3rd floor ourselves, breakfast on the 3rd floor wasn't particularly good, terrible coffee, open view to the kitchen, what's unusual is the fact that the hotel is open all night, I think the price is too high for that.

Unfortunately it's getting old. Urgently in need of renovation. The nice reception and the courtesy with the extra bed were able to achieve a lot, at least in terms of service. Nice reception from the lady.Very good location right near the old town. Ok for a spontaneous, short-term overnight stay. Nevertheless, the price/performance ratio is not ok. I can't say anything about breakfast as we left early again.

Had a really great room, clean bathroom and like new... what is of course true is that when the window is open, noise comes in from outside and it is quite warm in the room

The rooms are of course very noisy, as you would expect in an old building. However, they weren't particularly clean, especially in the bathroom, and sleep was almost impossible. Apparently part of the building with apartments is rented to private individuals, but every night until around 5-6 a.m. there was so much noise, music and screaming in the courtyard that it was impossible to close your eyes. From 7 a.m. onwards, the night's rest was over due to children running and screaming in the hallway.All in all, a run-down inn that apparently hasn't been invested in for a long time. The only positive thing was actually the central location...It's a shame for the name Flötzinger...

Super nice receptionist, but the entrance area is ugly and dark and it smells like smoke everywhere, even though there is a big sign saying "smoke-free"...😧 Rooms are super clean and smell good👍! Service at breakfast is also friendly and there is everything you need🥰. It's a shame that it costs extra again🤷♀️. It's also not good that there is no elevator and I wasn't helped with my luggage with 2 children😒. Unfortunately we had to look every day where to park and walk because the hotel is in the middle of the pedestrian zone and there are no hotel parking spaces🤷♀️. The room with a window also faced an inner courtyard and is very loud in the summer with the window open as the neighbors talk loudly on the balcony and you can hear all the music from the area/nightclub until late into the night😧🙈In my opinion, not enough performance for the price😏🤷♀️

Worst hotel I've ever had.The bed was only 1.90m long and when we asked to reduce the price, it was refused. We were told that this was normal in older hotels.There is a bar/nightclub under the hotel. That means bass all night long. There is no need to open the window, which wouldn't have been necessary anyway thanks to the lack of air conditioning.I also have a business myself and I wish every business the best, but that was really a disgrace!!

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by bike. You can store it covered and lock it in the backyard. Good.The gentleman at reception was very nice and friendly, check-in went smoothly.I had booked room 11 which has its own bathroom - separate. The bathroom is modern and clean, very pleasant. The room itself was also OK, clean and functionally furnished. TV and WiFi perfect.But.....the room is right next to a smoking balcony, which was besieged by a group of craftsmen that evening. It was very loud, people smoked and drank all evening, constantly wandering into the rooms and to the toilet. The house is very noisy, you can hear every conversation and door slamming. I couldn't open the window because of the noise and smell. Very, very unpleasant.The breakfast was ok, but nothing more. The lady who takes care of the guests' well-being is very... strange. Pleasant as a prison guard.Would I book the hotel again? No.

We stay in your house for a weekend. That's true before the last weekend in July. We can only say what we were thrilled about. Since we didn't manage to arrive by 9 p.m. We called the hotel and the lovely lady sent us the code to get into the room and also told us which floor it was. We'll see each other again next year.(Wilms family)😁

We booked a double room with breakfast through the tourist information overseas. Parking lot was 500m from the hotel, we had to carry our luggage there. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors without an elevator!We didn't receive the breakfast we booked, the breakfast room was locked. Actually, breakfast should be served between 7 and 9:30 a.m. At 8 a.m. there was no one there, no one could be reached by phone, the reception was not staffed. I complained by phone the next day and was only told that the lady who made breakfast had overslept. There was no refund for breakfast not received!!

We had to/wanted to spend one night here. Mr. Schneider is very nice and gave us a room. The room and the cleanliness are ok and also ok for one night. The club opposite prevented us from sleeping. Total loudness until well after 5:00 a.m. gave us the choice of either keeping the windows closed (and therefore significantly less noise) but then the room was far too warm, or indulging in the craic. The bottom line is just don't spend the night here on Fridays or Saturdays if you need fresh air. The club is open on Friday and Saturday. So unfortunately I didn't close my eyes... What a shame. And the TV didn't work

Unfortunately disappointing, we received a very unfriendly welcome right from the start. It is also surprising that the hotel can call itself a hotel. For the price of over €100 per night, everything was pretty bad.
