We had to stay in hotels far from Munich city center because the hotels in the area increased their prices due to Octoberfest. One of the affordable hotels in the area. We paid 120 Euros per night for 2 people. Breakfast was included. The breakfast was great. There is a lot of noise in the mornings because there is a school nearby.

For years 1x p. a. booked. Prices have increased. Breakfast is good. What's very annoying in the room: 1. a curtain that doesn't really provide any darkness, i.e. H. Sleeping is over at 6-7 a.m. in summer. 2. the Wifi access: instead of last name & room number, there are some cryptic users & PW that you have to re-enter every few hours 🤨

A great hotel with modern, large and beautiful rooms. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. You shouldn't let the three stars influence you, because a higher-categorized hotel could use the “Bildungsblick” as an example. S-Bahn station 2-3 minutes away by car with plenty of parking spaces. Clear recommendations, as there is also a good price/performance ratio.

Spacious, well-kept and practically furnished rooms with enough storage space. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit and a generous buffet. Friendly service at reception and in the restaurant.

A modest parking lot welcomes the guest to receive a friendly welcome in the spacious foyer.The rooms on the upper floors are well equipped and absolutely quiet.Night owls get a nightcap before a pampering breakfast starts the day.

Nice hotel in a large complex. Parking after the barrier is possible with your room pass, note that the pillar is a little further back (not near the barrier. Do not follow the navigation completely, but just look carefully at the map sent to you. The 8th and 9th floors concern the hotel. Breakfast is also available on the 9th floor. Nice room and bathroom, and nice view of the surroundings. Windows can be opened properly, turn the handle (at the bottom) first. Floors 1 to 7 do not concern the hotel. We had a very good and extensive breakfast .

Unusual location for a hotel but everything was great. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Big shower. Everything is relatively new and in very good condition. The TV program could only be partially received. The problem was with the provider. The hotel staff tried very hard and responded excellently. Air conditioning available. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a large selection. Top price-performance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Bildungsblick in Kirchseeon and I have to say that my stay was extremely pleasant. The hotel offers a wonderful mix of comfort and hospitality that exceeded my expectations.When I arrived I was warmly greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist. He was extremely helpful and gave me all the necessary information about the hotel and my reservation. He took the time to answer my questions and give me some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area.

Used on our way back from Italy to the Czech Republic because of a location close to return route.The hotel is huge and was almost empty... placed in the middle of nowhere so there is noting to do around. Even though the map with parking lot was send to us beforehand, it was impossible to understand where to park (hotel has 3 different entrances from main road) especially if all the signs there are in German only..Our room was nice, clean, however there was no air during the night and we could not sleep with the window open because of a NOISE of some ventilation infront of the building. We stayed on 8th floor, breakfast is served on 9th floor. Wifi was good, however necesitty of re-entering credentias several times during the day is soo bad.

We 2 adults and 1 child stayed in the hotel for one night. We were pleasantly surprised. We didn't check in until around 10 p.m. and were given a very friendly welcome. You can park directly at the hotel for free. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good for the price.Conclusion: Top price-performance ratio

Parking spaces in front of the door also for 7m 3.5t.WiFi 8 MBit, TV usable for FireTV with a normal long-distance relationship, clean bathroom, great shower, 2 pillows without down (great), breakfast average but good, ambience in the room kept pleasantly greenish, room service doesn't just take change, reception was also friendly. If something happens in Munich again, I'll stay there again.
