We were there for a week. The location was great, direct access to the coast. The rooms were disappointing, they were already a few years old, the tiles were broken and the furniture was outdated. The whole hotel could use a new coat of paint. The service was okay.

Bathroom was dirtyBed was dirtyEmployees were super unfriendlyBreakfast is a kind of buffet but you have to tell an employee what you want and he puts it on your plate and the employees manage to give you the feeling that a pretzel with butter is too much to ask forWe had to register for breakfast with the exact time. 5 minutes before the time, someone from the hotel knocked and very rudely informed us that we should come for breakfastStaff is also extremely unfriendly in other locationsAt the end we looked for a wallet and couldn't find it for a while. The only thing that came from the staff was "but you can pay." I then drove to the restaurant where we were that evening, my friend stayed at the hotel at the reception and they at the reception hears that I'm driving away and jumps out and asks if we're paying yet even though she knew we were looking for the walletIn general the hotel was just bad

While the family room price of the hotel is cheaper on the websites, when we called for room availability, we were persuaded to get a 3-bed room, which would be more comfortable, by asking for additional money, but when we went, the first room was given and we paid too much. There were 3-4 spiders, small and large, in the room, and even though we warned them, they were still there on the 2nd night. The room was incredibly hot at night, there was no air conditioning and the fan in the room had very little effect, we could not sleep at night.I do not recommend this hotel, its only advantage is that it is by the lake, but look at other alternatives first. It was fraud to trick us into different prices for the same room over the phone.

Location, location, location...Perfectly located right on the promenade/lakefront, it couldn't be more central. Everything is a bit old but okay, the price-performance ratio is good. The extensive breakfast buffet offers friendly service, with fresh scrambled eggs, fried eggs, etc.

I stayed here for one night and was disappointed for the price of almost €100. The furnishings are getting a bit old and the bathroom could use some intensive cleaning. The breakfast buffet, where you are not allowed to help yourself, has poor German-speaking staff who serve the food and drinks. Extra cost for breakfast 14 €. Secretly I felt like I had spent the night in Bulgaria or Romania. If I had done my research cleverly, I could have checked into the Seehotel next door for the same price.
