We booked a double room for three nights. The first problem arose at check-in: although we had requested two room cards, we were only given one. The reason given was that the hotel was fully booked and the tickets were needed for other guests - a very unsatisfactory and not very customer-oriented answer. However, the real trouble started on the last night of our stay. After a long day, including a soccer game, we returned to the hotel around midnight. To our annoyance, the room card stopped working and we were unable to enter the room. The reception was unmanned at the time and a notice said it was only open from 7am to 8pm. There was no emergency number to be found anywhere – neither in the hotel nor on the website. The telephone number provided only led to an automatic announcement, which did not help us. After an hour of fruitless searching for a way to contact us, we were forced to sleep on the floor of a friend's room. The next morning at reception we only got the terse answer that there was an emergency number on the door. However, how one is supposed to recognize this at night in the dark, with a black door and a barely legible label without lighting, remains questionable. I also doubt that an external emergency service like Securitas would be able to open the room since they don't have access to the hotel bookings. After all, anyone could claim they've locked themselves out. We were only able to enter our room at 7:00 a.m., when the reception was occupied again. I complained again upon checkout and was assured that the hotel manager would contact me the next day. It's been almost a week now and I still haven't heard from him. Unfortunately, this hotel is a complete disappointment. You're paying for a room that you may not be able to use, and when problems arise, no help is available. This unacceptable service and lack of customer focus are just an outrage.I can definitely not recommend this hotel!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I originally booked two days at this hotel, but after experiencing how amazing it is, I extended my stay for another day. The hotel really surprised me positively! I would particularly like to highlight Laura, who always welcomed me and all the other guests with a big smile. I have stayed in many hotels, but even though this hotel is in the middle segment in terms of price, I felt by far the most comfortable here. Thank you for the great service – I’ll be happy to come back!If I ever open a hotel or restaurant, I will do everything in my power to poach Laura!! ;)

I had very bad experiences in the hotel, had a lot of stress and put away breakfast too early one day but couldn't find it in the system on time and wanted to throw me out a day earlier. Got until Friday and got kicked out on Thursday.

Unfortunately, we cannot understand most of the negative reviews.The staff was friendly, the breakfast was sufficient and the rooms were perfectly fine.Only the water ran through the shower door. But it wasn't a huge issue by any means.The noise outside through the highways is there. This should be clear to someone booking the hotel and checking the location.For the price range around €100 including breakfast for two people, everything was completely fine.If you expect 5 stars, you should look elsewhere.

Most of the problems with this hotel could be fixed by just having staff at reception 24hours. We luckily didn't have problems checking in after the staff leaves at 8pm but there were several other groups that were charged for their rooms but couldn't get in.The rooms themselves are fine, the hotel is quite new, but while they have heated floors, they didn't think to add in air conditioning and it makes the rooms tiny sweat boxes in the summer. We had to sleep with the window fully open and listen to the autobahn all night long and it was still hot and did not make for a nice stay.It was a good value for the price but would only recommend if you can arrange your trip to always arrive during reception hours, and not in summer.

The hotel has many advantages:- perfectly located along the highway- nicely decorated room- good price- very nice receptionist (Niklas)- delicious breakfast- beautifulBut it certainly also has a very big disadvantage:- the room was 24 degrees when we arrived and after running the air conditioning all night it was still 24 degrees in the morning (and yes, I went to reception to ask how I could turn down the air conditioning and I followed the instructions from the reception to use it properly (4 lines in the minus).24 degrees is way too warm for a good night's sleep and that is what most travelers come for. So today we have a ride of 750 km without a good night's sleep, very annoying....Opening the window is not an option, the environment is too noisy for that. Last night there was a gathering of motorcycles and cars here on the industrial estate, who wanted to make the sound of their vehicles heard until late at night. This was solved with the window closed, but the heat was retained.If anyone wants to do something about that air conditioning: it was room 219

We had rented a room in this hotel for two nights, but what awaited us there was an absolute disgrace.The hotel offers free parking and relatively affordable prices, and the building also looks quite attractive from the outside.The rooms look chic at first glance, but appearances can be very deceiving.As soon as we made it into the room after some difficulties with the digital key opening - which only worked with difficulty due to a poor internet connection - we were hit by an intense smell of cigarettes. It smelled like we had landed in an ashtray. For us as non-smokers this was absolutely unbearable. We immediately asked for a new room via the hotel's online portal, but we didn't get a response for two days. The reception was almost never staffed and the hotel could not be reached by phone either.The room itself was a disaster: it was stiflingly hot as the air conditioning didn't work. Ventilation was not an option because there was a gas station directly opposite where loud motorcycles and tuned cars met until late into the night.The worst thing, however, was the condition of the bathroom. The toilet was completely filthy - I've never experienced anything like that in a hotel. There was still some water left standing around from the previous guest. In addition, there was only one duvet and one towel for a double room. The shower was leaking and the water ran straight onto the bathroom floor where it remained standing. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom, which is not only disgusting but also dangerous to your health.Overall, our stay at this hotel was a complete disgrace and we felt very uncomfortable the entire time.This hotel is absolutely not recommended!

We used the hotel as a short stopover because the location was good.We had previously clarified via email whether we could book breakfast on site. No problem at all. Booked and paid for breakfast on site. The next day on the way to breakfast we were stopped by reception and told there was no breakfast. Not exactly ideal.The hotel bar was also written to be open as long as the reception was occupied. She was basically closed and with difficulty we could only get a beer.The room was halfway ok. Unfortunately very hot, no climate. The bathroom was, well. The toilet broom has also had better days (see photo). At night, noises from other flushing systems could be heard in the bathroom.All in all, it will be a different hotel next time.

When we arrived there was absolute chaos in the hotel. Several guests were turned away due to overbooking. Others had uncleaned rooms - they were offered a room as a replacement that is currently not rented due to the massive smell. Others, like us, had no pillows or blankets in their rooms, and towels were also missing. In addition, the elevator was broken and around 20 miniature pinschers checked in at the same time as us, which made the background noise difficult.You actually can't hear anything from the country road right next to it when the windows are closed. However, the rooms are incredibly overheated and there is no appropriate ventilation or air conditioning.The poor receptionist was under massive pressure from all the angry customers. Nevertheless, he was extremely friendly and tried to find solutions, apologizing for what happened.

We thought the digital check-in was the future until we tried to check into myhotel olching.We arrived at the hotel after 9 pm.We were able to unlock our hotel room via the digital key on the website. HURRAY!BUT what we found behind the door was an ABSOLUTE HORROR. Please see the videos.The bed was not made, the sheets were soiled, and the bathroom was not cleaned. Used towels were lying on the floor. The light was flickering. Absolutely no signs that showed the room was cleaned. It was obvious that no one had checked this room after the previous guest checked out. Thanks to myhotel olching's convenient self checkout.We did find a number at the reception desk. And someone did reply to our messages. We were told it was not possible to get the room cleaned, no fresh sheets, and no fresh towels. There was nothing the hotel could do due to a system failure.On our way out, we met a couple of young ladies whose keycard did not work. Another family of 4 with suitcases trying to use the faulty elevator.There are too many system failures on one single night for us to handle.In the end, we checked ourselves into Holiday Inn Express located across the street.If you are thinking of booking this hotel, please scroll down and read on. Apparently, these issues aren't new.I just wish we had read all the google reviews instead of relying on the ones on booking.com.Otherwise, I would have noted that Myhotel has also made no effort here on this google review platform to apologise for any of their supposed system failures. Now isn't that a tell-tale sign why they haven't explained any of their system failures? It is so easy for any staff to say at 11 pm that it is a just system failure. And there's nothing can be done. And that they are sorry. Come on, who are we kidding? Are they truly sorry? Honestly, I don't blame the staff. I blame mismanagement.I'm afraid the management has long forgotten this hotel close to the Autobahn. And it is very convenient to hide behind all these self checkin or checkout systems that they have forgotten what decent customer service should be like.Please head over to Holiday Inn Express which has at least 4 staff at the reception desk at almost midnight. They will address your room issues with a smile. THAT is what hospitality should look like.P.S. We met the ladies (who had problems with their key card) at the breakfast table in Holiday Inn Express the following morning.I usually ignore negative reviews regarding noisy location, moulds on bathroom walls or poor breakfast offerings. Coz it could be due to personal preferences or lifestyles. But the hotel is not ready and key card not working for checked in guests at 11 pm are fundamental issues that something has gone very wrong. And no one is available to help on site.Myhotel Olching, this is completely unacceptable.

After the stay, I found out that my tablet was still in their room.I contact them via e-mail, where they inform me, that they have found my tablet and that they would like to send it to me, if I pay for the shipping, which of course I did.I then inform them, that the shipment has been paid for and whether or not I could get a tracking number on the package.And from there they stop responding!I have subsequently written to them several times, without any kind of response from their side.It has now been almost 3 weeks since I transferred the money for the shipment and I have neither received my tablet, received a tracking number nor heard from them.My daughter needs the tablet for our holiday and therefore we have been forced to invest in a new one. Terrible service from a hotel, which has now also been reported to the police for theft and fraud.

The hotel is located near Munich on the main road. Good access and large parking lot. There is a gas station and a shop open 24 hours a day next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely finished. The only thing missing is air conditioning. I have the biggest reservations about breakfasts... They are served in the form of a buffet with a very limited selection...

We won't come back. The rooms and the service do not correspond to the price-performance ratio. Our room had significant deficiencies. Broken lamp on the bed with open cables sticking out of the wall. There was no soap at the sink (we then received an almost empty replacement bottle at reception). A large floor tile in the shower is loose and wobbles a lot, so you could injure yourself or slip. None of the ceiling spotlights in the bathroom worked. Only the mirror lighting worked. The breakfast is very simple and bland. Eggs were not replenished. There was no service at breakfast. Opposite there is a great, large bakery with a delicious breakfast ;).

Good value for money unless you have a problem with your key then the reception available time becomes a problem!Came back late at night and the room key stopped working for some reason, took creative ways to get in touch with hotel team [receptionist WhatsApp number was none responsive and took a while to look for other numbers to contact] to be open the room so that I wouldn't spend the night at the hotel lobby or book a room at a different hotelI could be unlucky but I won't try it again especially if you come back late just to spend the night

I can only give two stars for the location, the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area. No problem with the car, but otherwise it would be difficult. Otherwise I can't complain.
