Modern design, rooms very narrow, no seating as bags or suitcases have to stand on the very small corner bench. Little cupboard, only 3 compartments as a safe and a small one. The refrigerator is also in the only cupboard. No table or desk, just a narrow shelf on which there is a capsule coffee machine with capsules. Modern bathroom, unfortunately we didn't always have warm water.We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, there was no cleaning or service during this time, it wouldn't be so bad if we had received information beforehand, e.g. B. with a card or something similar. So we had to go to reception and get towels and paper from there. We had the impression that only superficial cleaning was carried out when the guests had left.The guy was nice. Refrigerator and the coffee machine.The breakfast was ok, but average, and unfortunately only one coffee machine for 50 guests. The dinner we booked was better canteen.The few staff were nice, especially the service staff at breakfast.

Hotel from the outside is great, service is not good, rooms are not cleaned, dust everywhere, reported defects are not remedied, no soap/dispenser at the sink, you cannot wash your hands properly, no one cares whether toilet paper is there or needs to be refilled

The elevator creaks terribly. Fix the elevator so it doesn't squeak. Or turn off the creaking elevator. It's impossible to be in a hotel with such a creaky elevator.

The hotel is a design hotel, if you like it!!The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days:-( If you let us know. Well, major cleaning doesn't have to take place every day, such as vacuuming and dusting. The towels don't have to be changed every day either.But !! I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Neither the small rubbish nor the dirty dishes such as cups or glasses were removed. What I think is absolutely necessary is that a bathroom is cleaned every day, neither the toilet nor the sink was cleaned. Nothing was done at all.I had to get toilet paper myself at reception. A very big negative point. The room was also very dusty when we moved in.The food was acceptable, but for a buffet I expect a selection of dishes. There was only one hot dish. Also cold dishes that were not served later, as well as only one dessert. Another guest in my travel group had dirty bed linen, which was not changed after being informed. :-(I can't recommend this hotel in terms of service...!!

A very bad hotel and the treatment of the staff is very bad. They do not fulfill the guest’s wishes for any request. They are racists. A very bad experience. The rooms are not clean and there are insects.

We stayed in a hotel with apartments, whose facilities were relatively new. However, our experience was disappointing. We booked a room for four people, at a higher cost than a double room, but when we arrived we found a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed turned out to be extremely uncomfortable, with no proper mattress making it virtually impossible to sleep on, which is unacceptable on a holiday. The double bed was not comfortable either.At the same time, some friends of ours, who were also staying at the same hotel in a room for two people, showed us that their room was identical to ours and even more spacious, although they paid less.Upon checking in, the receptionist informed us that the room was cleaned every other day. However, when cleaning day arrived, they only limited themselves to making the beds and leaving towels, but only for two people, despite there being four.As for the kitchen in the apartment, it was useless as they did not provide basic cooking utensils, not even glasses. We chose an apartment precisely so we could cook, but we couldn't do it. We were informed that, to obtain kitchen utensils, we had to pay an additional €10 plus a €30 deposit, which we did not consider reasonable, given that we had booked an apartment, not a simple room.Also, the television didn't work. We reported the problem immediately, and although they told us it would be fixed the next day, two days passed without us receiving any solution. When we asked again, the receptionist responded in a derogatory manner, suggesting that the television only offered German channels, implying that it did not need to be fixed.Finally, they changed our apartment, but the new one had several defects: the shower had water leaks, the bathroom light failed, the extractor hood did not turn off, the heating did not work and, again, they only provided us with towels for two people.

I've been staying in this hotel for multiple times by now. Friendly staff overal, but the rooms aren't always up to standard.
This can be a defect on the shower, airco or fridge.

I stayed at the Amedia Hotel for 7 days with my partner. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. During our entire stay, the room was not cleaned even once, even though a sign was placed on the door asking for cleaning. Neither the towels were changed nor the trash removed, despite us requesting cleaning. Because of this, I would not return and do not recommend this hotel.

As a family we stayed at Amedia for four nights with our three teenagers. We had booked two junior suites.From a tourist perspective, I would describe the location of the Amedia as average. By car you can get to P+R Dachau train station in 7 minutes and from there to Marienplatz in Munich in just over 20 minutes. That's ok. There is another bus stop around the corner, but the connections there are worse. Otherwise the location is very good because there is everything you could need in the immediate vicinity. The Dachau Memorial can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot.The rooms are very spacious. In addition to the large box spring bed, there is a sofa with an armchair and a small table, as well as a small seat as a desk. There are enough cupboards, even if there are three people in the room (the third person then sleeps on the pull-out sofa, which is very comfortable) and the kitchen can also be equipped with a sink, two hotplates, a microwave and a sufficiently large refrigerator with a small one Score points in the freezer compartment. Glasses and coffee cups for the capsule machine are available, but you have to bring your own dishes and cutlery or book a kitchen package for €10, which includes dishes as well as other utensils such as sponges, washing up liquid,... The bathroom is big enough for two people, as is the shower. I would criticize the lack of description of some switches. For example, it took us two days to be able to assign a function to the switch in the bathroom. It doesn't control the light, it comes on by itself, but it starts a timer for the bathroom heater. Speaking of temperature, the air conditioning in the room does exactly what it's supposed to do :-) All in all, we were very satisfied with the rooms.The staff is nice all around, everyone greets you, some even take time for a little chat, for example our very nice lady from breakfast. I would criticize the commitment of our room cleaning lady, you could regularly see her sitting in a corner with her cell phone, so cleaning wasn't going to work, even if we could "only" complain about dust under the bed or something similar.We ordered the breakfast buffet. The selection is plentiful, in addition to various types of bread and rolls, there was sausage and ham, cheese, fruit and vegetables, jams and honey, sweet pieces (changing daily), white sausages, scrambled eggs, a selection of muesli,... Also various cold and... Warm drinks. We started each day comfortably with this selection.There are enough parking spaces and can be used free of charge.You always find something to complain about, but in conclusion we spent four lovely nights here and felt very comfortable. We can definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay here again if we ever return to Munich.

Stayed in this hotel in a commercial area for one night and I have to say it was better than we thought. Great atmosphere, nice staff, rooms that have everything you need and are clean. It's not luxury, but absolutely sufficient. The rooms even had motion detectors. A small light comes on when you get up at night. It doesn't blind anyone and your partner can continue to sleep.The only thing I have to complain about:We booked the breakfast buffet at short notice. The homepage advertises scrambled eggs and bacon and meatloaf. Because we rarely or never have this at home, we wanted to take advantage of breakfast. Unfortunately there was no meat loaf and no bacon. When asked, they said there was no delivery. The fully automatic coffee machine was also not working. Unfortunately a little annoying. Otherwise there was everything your heart could desire for breakfast. From sweet to savory, everything was there with several options to choose from.A large parking lot is available free of charge in front of the hotelWe would go there again

HelloThe hotel is very bad, neither in terms of location nor cleanliness. The hotel is located between warehouses, meaning an industrial area, and the rooms are very bad, and the water causes allergies, etc. The bed and pillow are uncomfortable, and in addition to that, room service people enter every morning without permission, and the door is locked and opened. Other than that, they don't have an iron, and I sit and talk to the reception every day and they say after a while until today. Other than that, they give you two room keys and one of them, but the one who works. I called the reception and it was of no use. It was the worst three nights of my life. I don't recommend it to anyone until it gets a star. No money or euros are spent on it, thank you.

HelloThe hotel has an excellent location, but I do not recommend it at allBecause it is very dirty and the cleaning staff come in to you without asking permission and the television does not work and the iron has been asking for them for two days and they did not provide it for us. We were given two access cards to the room and one of them only works on them and the second does not work and we told the receptionist that it does not work but it does not work. It is useful, and the water is full of chlorine. My body feels irritated by it, so I will never recommend it to the Gulf. May God bless you.
