Excellent hotel, medium sized, clean with impeccable service. Not too far from the city in a peaceful and quiet place great for rest. Bus stop less than 1 min. from the hotel which connects to any part of Munich.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. 70 euros disappeared from INSIDE my friend’s luggage. When we realized what had happened, there was no one available at reception, and the following day we were in a rush to catch a flight, so we couldn’t report it. Furthermore, every time housekeeping entered our room to ‘clean’, they removed any loose coins we had left out, which added to the concern. The daily cleaning was also strange— they didn’t make all the beds or replace all the towels they had taken. After my friend left a review, the hotel contacted us several times, but communication remained difficult due to the staff’s insufficient English skills. Instead of offering a resolution, the final call we received was a threat of legal action if we didn’t remove the review. While the hotel’s facilities were generally acceptable, the inconsistency in cleaning services and the disappearance of our belongings, particularly from inside the luggage, make it impossible for me to recommend this hotel.

Our luggage was gone through and money was missing. We noticed when we got to the room later at night and there was no one in the reception to report to. The next day we had a flight early and the guy in the reception couldn't speak english properly. Uppon submitting a review they came in contact with us threatning to call lawyers if we didn't remove the review. And told us we should've put the valuables in the safe. (Apparently its okay to open others peoples bags and go through their stuff)Service: horrible... Rooms werent cleaned properly from one day to another, beds unmade, no new shower towels.Rooms: decent for price.Location: is around 40min away from center (1bus + 1metro).

This was, to say the least, an experience. We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 days. On the day before checkout, we noticed that someone got into our room and went through our luggage to steal some money that was stored. We also found our room with, not only our card, but the staff card lying around, the lights on and no cleaning done whatsoever. It just looked that someone entered our room and stayed there for a couple of hours.Besides our experience with the hotel, it was unfortunate that there are basically no cafes or restaurants near by. However, in all fairness, the public transportation is next to the hotel and works just fine.Overall, the hotel has some acceptable conditions and is "fairly" priced considering its quality. However, we didn't have the best experience staying at this hotel as mentioned.

The hotel is normal, a bit far from the center. But the car is fine. The rooms are clean, but the furniture and walls are a little shabby. There is a kettle in the room, 3 tea bags and three-in-one coffee, and sugar sticks. The breakfasts are excellent, the omelette is made from eggs, and not from powder, as is the case in some hotels. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth🤪. We saw what happened to the dog, so it’s okay with animals).

We have to report that someone got into our room and went through our luggage to steal money (70 euros) that we had there.There were other things that were too weird about this stay. We found our rooms with the staff card inserted, the lights on, but no cleaning done, or just halfway done.We had our towels removed, but no new ones.All the money that was left around the room was taken.It’s fair to say that the rooms are cheap and their are ok-ish in terms of conditions, but if you have the risk of someone messing your stuff and take your money, do yourselves a favor and do not come to this place.

Self check-in was fine but not really good service.Room was clean but not too big. It was strange that our window on the first floor facing the street had a curtain that was too small. In theory, one could see you lying like this because there is always one side open.Furthermore, the breakfast could have been a bit more extensive.

We stayed here for one night and felt very comfortable.- spacious room- everything very clean- great breakfast buffetThe only criticism was the location, as it was a bit away from the center of Munich.But all in all a nice hotel that we would like to visit again. :)

Immediate service, friendly staff at very good prices. The rooms in general are quite good, unfortunately there is no elevator. It has breakfast for an extra charge and free parking.

There is no elevator + and the reception service was good by the Turkish employee + and the size of the room is not like the pictures, very small, and there is no air conditioning. Air conditioning is important in the summer + not even a closet for luggage... Be careful, be careful, be careful. Do not be fooled by the pictures or even the Ajouda website, because the pictures in Ajouda are a lie in short. The price for the room is haram. Thank you.

It's been the worst thing we've experienced for a long time! Reservation in writing one week before arrival, room occupied on the day of arrival. And then the biggest impudence is paying for the room in advance. The very last one! Such people should have their catering license revoked!!
