The location is good, however that is the only thing good about this hotel.The rooms are not cleaned properly and I was only credited with one night instead of two despite the defective rooms that could not be used.All in all, really a disgrace.

This hotel was not my favorite place to stay. To start off, there is no hotel staff. Everything is conducted online. There is no way to get service to your room in a speedy way. If there is a malfunction in your room, I lost hit water, they will try to move you but the hot water was out at the entire hotel. To get a hold of someone to do anything is a very cumbersome phone process which you will need your own phone to do. I was a long term stay there and I only had my room serviced sometimes once a week. I literally went the last week and a day without any service. Thankfully I had go e and purchased my own toilet paper. Finally the entire hotel needs a bug service. It is covered in spiders and other insects that like to join n you in your room. I literally killed somewhere between 5-10 spiders a day. I do not recommend this hotel

The one star is for not even paying attention to complaints!This time we didn't arrive until around 10 p.m. and couldn't get a parking space. Because even the opposite side was blocked by 2 trucks!

Did not received any confirmation. I have called them no Reaction. After that i wanted to cancel my reservation. No reaction on my email. So i called them and it's my problem because my mail maybe go into their spam.

We received the door pin code at 15:00, but it didn't work. I called the phone number, two times I could be speak with anybody. The master key box was empty. The cleaning person were nowhere. In the phone told me, okay, I wait. We wait more than 1,5 hours in 36celsius in the car, nobody coming. After I booked an other hotel, and i wait the back calling. Nobody called back... So I wrote an email, to we couldnt open the door, and we couldnt use the room, so please give back my money. Till now I havent received any call or email, my 81 euro go to rubbish... 5 times i called the phone number, and nobody answer. Out fortune was, we arrived afternoon and not late night, when I couldn book other hotel. I understand it is automatic hotel, but if have a problem with the door, I think anybody will come and help me after 2 hours...

The location is great for travelers and the rooms are perfectly ok with a kitchenette, large fridge-freezer, bathroom with floor-level shower and reception-free 24-hour check-in. Good value for money.My suggestions to change the black background with red font of the access data in email traffic, which is unreadable on the cell phone at least, were not followed even after 9 months.My complaint about regularly noticeable hygienic deficiencies was not answered even when I asked.The customer seems to only serve as a milking cow.Therefore only 2 stars.

Good overnight stay before the border to Austria. Rooms clean and well equipped. With refrigerator and cooking facilities! So we applaud you!Definitely again next time!

Good location near the highway and border. Ok for a nightrest while traveling.

The location is excellent, the entry is very easy, and the room is gorgeous. More clean and beautiful than others that cost more. I will memorise it to come definitely back here when I will be in transit. Good job persons that you made this.

We stayed here overnight today. The rooms are nicely decorated. However, there are some shortcomings. We had several large spiders and spider webs in the room. There are also a lot of mosquitoes because there are no fly nets on the windows. The traffic noise is quite loud. From 7 a.m. onwards it becomes unbearably hot and bright in the room due to the sun. Starting at 8am the male cleaner shook our door several times trying to get in! As a result, we couldn't sleep anymore.A late checkout after 10 a.m. was not possible even upon request, so it wasn't relaxing.Definitely not worth the price of €72!

Quiet "motel" I also like to use it for business. The car can usually be parked in front of the door.The rooms are appropriately equipped with cutlery, plates and pans for anyone who wants to cook something quickly.Usually very warm in summer, this is probably due to the design.Check in and invoice are completely digital.It's a shame that dogs aren't allowed in, otherwise I would use it more often.Oh, all the hotels in the group are the same!

Room clean. Fridge with freezer compartment in the room. The area is a commercial area. But calm.
