Very nice motel with breakfast buffet.The rooms are clean, nicely furnished. TV, shower and toilet in the room. There is also a safe.The breakfast buffet is sufficient and has something for everyone. Especially the pastries.

The hotel is close to the airport. I liked it. It was clean and had a delicious breakfast. For once, I think it deserves five stars, but you see, it is 20 minutes away from Minoch itself, but it is tidy and has free parking. It is next to a large supermarket and has everything you need.

My husband was a guest at your house and someone was standing in his room in the middle of the night!He could have been robbed while he was sleeping.How can a room that has already been booked be reassigned?!What kind of systems do they have?disasterWhen he told me he was staying at Motel One, my reaction was negative and today it was confirmed!

Hotel good, clean - Motel One Standard!Breakfast was completely sufficient and the ladies were on their toes!Hotel bar in the evening was a disaster! Despite the fact that a 24-hour bar was advertised everywhere, the bartender gave us a very unfriendly welcome one hour before closing at 11 p.mOur group of 10 wanted to have a nightcap, but the bartender wasn't available to take our order, even though the bar wasn't really occupied with guests. (approx. 7 people)At some point we reluctantly got a drink with the words "but it's closed in 30 minutes",Such bartenders are completely detrimental to the company and are not sustainable under any circumstances.

It's a laughing stock, prices are high. Average amenities. The rooms are behind the bar. Disaster. If you come out of the bar at breakfast you will be arrested and booked in for breakfast straight away. Nothing of the hospitable and family-friendly atmosphere that once made Motel One stand out. It's a shame it used to be a good hotel chain

I paid 318 euros (480,000 won) for 2 nights~I paid more than usual, but I think it was because it was the Oktoberfest period.Nevertheless, 159 euros per night seems expensive.This is because the reception desk lobby is not as wide as other branches, and the room size is much smaller than the main Motel One and Barcelona branches.Also, only one large towel and one small towel are provided, but these are too flimsy and other branches are not like this!Please note that all rooms in the Motel One chain do not have refrigerators or coffee pots.I probably would have been much more satisfied with it for around 110 euros!When purchasing a subway ticket, this is the M1 zone, slightly outside the M zone, so the single ticket seems to be 5.3 euros!Rather, it was nice to be able to see the outskirts of Munich and this hotel is right in front of the Munich Fairgrounds~

We (unfortunately) spent two nights here. In mid-September it got well over 20 degrees again, which is why the rooms were very heated. The air conditioning didn't work because it had been switched to heating and, according to the hotel manager, it couldn't be cooled in this mode. The bed's pillows are so high that your neck bends. Sleep was out of the question. It was hot, we sweated, and it was extremely uncomfortable. We paid almost €400 for two nights. The management offered us an “invitation to breakfast” for these hardships (no joke!). No thanks - never again Motel One Messe Munich.

No no no! I am staying here this very moment and I can’t believe I am paying more than €220 euros for a substandard motel. Rooms don’t have phones to contact front desk so you got to go all the way down to see the receptionist. There’s no on-premise laundry. There’s no in-room dining service. This is as bad as Motel 6 in the USA.Never will I return here. Better to try Novotel across the Platz.

Well... two years ago it was okay, but this time, total disaster!!!! Please, management 🙏try to find people who have some idea...Caipirinha is God knows what else...twice half an hour, waiting time and the lady, although trying hard, had no idea at all...I understand the lack of staff, but then please don't offer cocktails..

The hotel is modernly furnished and the cleanliness is good.The location is good for a trade fair or business but not well suited for a trip to Munich. 30 minutes by car to the airport or the city. It takes around 45-50 minutes by public transport.The rooms are a bit small. The beds are very comfortable and it is very quiet.Unfortunately our air conditioning was not working. It was very warm in the room.

Within a week I had the opportunity to stay in two hotels in the Motel One chain.I will always remember the Motel One on Petra Kelly Street because it was the very first of this chain.On the other hand, this hotel from the Motel One hotel chain increased my enthusiasm even further because the service here is professional, polite, courteous, friendly, conciliatory and extremely personable, and the interesting conversations round off this positive impression. Absolutely recommended and should I ever be in Munich for a day trip or a weekend, I know where I hope there is a room available so I can stay there and simply enjoy my stay!
