It's just a motorway hotel without a reception or something similar. Rooms are OK in themselves, the price increase of 65% (!) is a bit incomprehensible, since you don't have large personnel costs like the competitors, where the increase was less serious. What's more, if something goes wrong, you simply won't be able to reach anyone. I've spent nights there in the middle of winter without the heating working because no one answers the hotline. If you forget something in the room, there is no chance of getting it back, as emails and emails are ignored. I've had to rely on this hotel for professional reasons, but I'll probably try to avoid it in the future.

Rooms are great for the price. The customer service when you have a problem is subpar. You can't reach anyone. Processing in customer service via email 14 days until the first response.

Stayed here for one night as a stop on our way to Switzerland. This accommodation is great value for money. Compared to other hotels in the area, this only cost like half the price of those. You don’t meet anyone, there is no reception, you receive a code that you have to enter in the lock on the door. The process is a bit tricky but can be done eventually. We did not meet a single staff member, whole check-in/out is automated. Area is nice, quite, room is large. There is no AC in the room, but the windows are huge and can fully be opened. Would stay here again.

The rooms are beautifully designed and new & modern. There is a kitchen in the room (I haven't used it yet) and parking spaces right in front of each door. Unfortunately, I can no longer come here in summer: Due to the large patio doors and the immediate outdoor area, which is accessible to everyone, I am very afraid to open these doors at night (the only way to ventilate) and then go back to sleep. The fitters all around also visit each other through the outside area, but as a woman on the ground floor with the patio door wide open, I feel strange. Otherwise, 4 stars for the ambience and the idea of a staffless hotel.

Great idea for workers and people in transit. However, the rooms are very poorly ventilated. Even with the window open it was like a sauna. And unfortunately the stove beeped every few hours during the night. Unfortunately there are only curtains and no blinds, so a spotlight from the neighboring area shined directly into the room.But a cool idea in itself. Like the typical motels in the USA.

The hotel has no staff on site, so you have to be aware of that. Check-in takes place independently via pin, support is only available until 10 p.m. But it worked perfectly for us. The room is functional, quite familiar, but clean.However, the fact that I fell on the stairs due to a loose step shouldn't have happened.

It's perfect for a stopover, long weekend or self-catering short break for 1-2 people. 😎🤠The room was very tidy and clean and could be opened with a numerical code.With fridge, TV, kitchen, bathroom completely sufficient.The kitchen consists of a stove with 2 hotplates, dishes ☕ 🥃/🔪🥄🍴 cutlery, pots for 2 people, dish sink with dishwasher.The refrigerator can also be used for frozen food 🍦.The bathroom with shower 🚿 is nice and large and equipped with towels.The grocery store is easy to reach with a wheeled vehicle.Other than the hinge on the bottom cabinet door being damaged, we were very pleased.We forwarded the damage via photos. It will be taken care of soon.We felt very comfortable and would be happy to use the WMM Hotels again when we were in transit.Price/performance fits.

If you are looking for inexpensive accommodation, this is the right place for you.This is an American-style apartment. This means there is no daily cleaning or towel change.I think it's good because it's environmentally friendly.Book easily online, secure payment via Paypal, pin code instead of a door key.The website could be a little more detailed.The accommodation: bed linen, towels, television, bathroom, cupboards and surfaces were available and clean.Unfortunately the table was pretty scratched and the curtain looked stained.The shower head or shower hose was leaking.For an apartment with a small kitchenette, the dishes were sparse.Big drawback: there was no coffee machine, just a kettle.What was great was a large fridge with a freezer compartment.The apartment hotel is located in the industrial area. In the immediate vicinity of various company premises, you were woken up early in the morning by forklifts, construction vehicles and correspondingly loud noises.Parking in front of the hotel is possible. In the evening it was very crowded with large and long vans.
