This is an awful place! I don’t know how they have the nerve to call it a hotel. No staff, everything is automated, rooms are like prison cells in a punishment block, not enough pillows… I could go on, but it would be too depressing to read. Stay somewhere else!

We were initially rebooked during our train journey towards Munich due to a “technical error” and actually had the hotel near the main train station. I was called to rebook and was rudely shut down by an employee who hung up without saying a word during the conversationAn absolute no-go as compensation, we were rebooked from a single room to a king-size bed room where I hardly had a chance to say anything else, but the only thing that was king was the price of €130 for a room similar to a youth hostelThe hotel itself had an absolutely outdated look. The pictures were also incorrect or belonged to the other location at the train stationThere is also no reception because it closes at 2 p.m. and you have to do it at a stupid machineWhen we came back at night there wasn't a card at the hotel entrance (3 cards from us), thank God another group came and out of 4 cards only one workedI am absolutely dissatisfied and no recommendation disappoints

Warning about theft!Unfortunately, this morning at the hotel, while we were in the breakfast room, my husband and I had large amounts of cash stolen from the wallets we left in the room. They must have been people with access to the room.We have already filed a police report and informed the hotel chain. We hope for clarification and warn all hotel guests.

The location was great (at least in my case). It was a very comfy room but the way to check in was not that easy and it's surprising that the reception was closed almost all the time.
And it was quite pricey.

I really don't understand some of the Google reviews. Despite technical glitches (room cards could not be printed), the boss tried very hard to ensure that all guests had a pleasant stay. The location at Max-Weber-Platz is very central but still relatively quiet because the guest house is in a backyard. The hallway and the room were cleaned really well, so you can't complain for the price - I've experienced much worse.

The person at the reception is friendly but the facilities leave a lot to be desired, I had a spider and a cockroach, they don't clean it well, they only make the bed for you and the worst thing is that there is no air conditioning

The location is a definite no-go, not because of the hotel itself, but due to the highly problematic automated check-in process, which has a 50% chance of failure. Compounding this issue is the owner's shockingly arrogant attitude towards guests. It's baffling how a hotel owner can display such disdain for their patrons. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend staying here.

Clean rooms, very good location and very quiet despite the nearby clinic with a helipad. Good mattresses. Breakfast is a bit poor for 15 euros, but acceptable given the room price, which is absolutely fair for this location. The only real problem was that American Express isn't accepted at the Check Inn machine and I didn't have my bank card with me. Luckily, fellow travelers were able to help out.

Quite lovely from the outside, and pretty decent location. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite sad and uninspiring and definitely in the need of an upgrade and the staff not helpful at all - if they are even there when you need them. Self-check in didn't initially work for us.

Caution! The manager of the branch is unfriendly and arrogant. Unfortunately, check-in doesn't work smoothly either.On the day of arrival, I checked in online in the morning and was told that the room key had been sent to me by email. There was nothing in my email inbox, not even in the spam. So I wrote a message to the hotel with my problem, but unfortunately I didn't get a response. When I arrived at the hotel, the check-in machine couldn't help me, so I first had to call a call center, which in turn called the hotel operator, who then showed up at some point and very listlessly handed me the room card. He just repeated several times 'Take another look at your emails, there's the key'... so I can make a fool of myself, thanks.The location of the hotel is great, relatively quiet in the backyard and at the same time well connected, breakfast is also good, so overall we were quite satisfied. But check-in was really an unpleasant experience. I have never been treated so arrogantly in a hotel! But if that doesn't bother you: this is your hotel!

The hotel's concept is to get by without people as much as possible: human-free check-in at the machine in front of the door (which is only minimally covered, beware of rain), human-free breakfast (because the only employee was reading the newspaper in the courtyard and was a friendly person not motivating information) and probably people-free repair of the rooms (ours was in poor condition).If you like people, you wouldn't expect them to stay in a hotel like this at such prices.Conclusion: Just don't book here, in keeping with the concept of this hotel: deserted

So close to a subway stationWe were there as a family and are very satisfied with the Hotel MK.The location is perfect, the room is clean and the service is uncomplicated.Checking in at the machine was very easy.So none of the older comments can be taken seriously.We would love to come back.

Long Story Short. For me, unfortunately, the worst hotel in years. Had to book in the accommodation. For (Munich's reasonably cheap) €90, there was a smelly (!) room with shabby cheap furniture, dirty walls, a loud, dripping shower and a special type of reservation service that only gave feedback after several attempts to contact us. You have to check in on site via a machine, which didn't work at first - maybe I was too clumsy. However. Terrible. I was inclined to look for an alternative locally out of self-defense, but it didn't exist. I wouldn't book again and wouldn't recommend it either. Yes, I know, you should also write something conciliatory, but sorry, it's not possible.
