We made reservations for an 80th birthday for 30 people. Because it was Thanksgiving (which they should have known) we couldn't get the reserved space, so we had to go to another restaurant that couldn't accommodate 30 people.This is a complete disgrace when making a reservation doesn't help.

A room for 30 people is reserved for a special birthday. The room was probably specially prepared and decorated. Nevertheless, we were pushed into a room that was far too small because the landlady put another company in the room intended for us. We didn't get anything more than a verbal apology. The service was also a complete disaster, so one of the invited guests took the drink order. The family has been coming here for family celebrations for decades. This drives away regular customers. It was definitely the last time for our family in this economy!!!

We stayed 1 night with our daughter and felt very comfortable.The rooms are new and very nice.Clean and elegantly furnished.The breakfast was also very varied and good.

There are enough parking spaces available. The service is first class on a family basis. Service in the restaurant is quick and friendly. The Wienerschnitzel was world class!

Spacious room, with good bathroom, very good water pressure, hot and cold water. There is parking, apparently they know how to work with wood because the wooden finishes on the doors and other furniture are very nice. There is no air conditioning, customer service is very basic or non-existent. The building on the ground floor has a living room with a kitchen, apparently it is for the use of clients, I never had any information. And there are vending machines for snacks and drinks. Basic breakfast but they give it. Please if the sheets are torn, change them. They are not worth much and give a lot of presentation to the hotel. Walking 10 minutes away you will find supermarkets.

Unfortunately, the hospitality and service leave a lot to be desired. No information, no catering (just a closed sign) - barn party with extreme noise - we're far from a comfortable stay. This used to be a Stitzenwirt to recommend - but not anymore.

We were there for one night so I can't rate everything...unfortunately we weren't allowed to go to the restaurant that evening because we were celebrating a birthday...so we would have to go somewhere else to eat...The disturbing thing about that day was that it lasted until 5 in the morning and you could hear almost everything.And the operators didn't give the impression that they were happy to have guests.

On the way back from our motorcycle vacation in Italy, we booked rooms here at very short notice for an overnight stay.Everything was very uncomplicated and friendly!The landlady’s homemade liqueurs were also very tasty!

I understand if problems arise in the catering industry due to a lack of staff etc., but then it is up to those responsible to inform their guests about this in advance and to point out that there can be very long waiting times that the guests can decide whether they want that.At 12:00 reservation for 6 people. The food order was taken at 12:30 (it didn't take us long to choose because the menu was small). At 1:15 p.m. we asked about food. The answer from the waitress (boss): "We are only people, not machines." We then asked about the starter (soup). Answer: "Appetizers are not possible to be preferred because of the voucher system, and we should understand, she would have been a grandma." Shortly afterwards we were asked who ordered the roast veal, as that is now over. The soup came at 1:20 p.m., and the salad was served at 1:30 p.m., where there wasn't even any cutlery available. This came with the last salad, which was served by a child of about 9 years old, who was obviously very uncomfortable in his role as a service worker. Not only helped, but served to the same extent as the adult staff. The first main course came at 1:45 p.m. and the last at 2:00 p.m. And what the einkorn loaves that were served to us looked like, see the picture.

We were there on Mother's Day, had previously reserved and booked the bowling alley.You have to allow 30 minutes until you receive the menu.After 45 minutes you get the starter, a fried potato soup.After waiting for over an hour, the super friendly waitress came to us to find out who had ordered the roast veal, because it was now sold out!The vegetable patties were coal black on one side!I can only recommend everyone NOT to come here.
