Great location, a short walk from a U-Bahn station.Loved our room, which included a free mini bar that was restocked daily, but personally it was a shame there were no food items included.The breakfast had a decent selection of food and all the staff were friendly and very helpful!I wanted to give a particular mention to the receptionist who checked us in who was great, as well as to the two members of staff who were running the bar at night because when we redeemed our welcome drinks vouchers and asked for dessert later on, they very kindly offered us cakes they had prepared earlier that day, free of charge which was a nice gesture, plus they tasted great!I also wanted to take a moment to praise the housekeepers who were also friendly and accommodating!I would recommend this hotel and would stay again!

For a long time, the INNSiDE München Parkstadt was one of my favorite hotels in munich. But if I book a room with air conditioning when it's over 30 °C in the city, I expect a functioning air conditioning system, not a room temperature of 28 °C at night and a fan. If this is the case that the hotel deliberately switches off the air conditioning system for reasons of electricity costs, then I should be informed of this at check-in.In addition, the mattresses are sagging and the minibar is poorly stocked. Very little choice at breakfast, no wholemeal bread, no fresh tomatoes, not 3 star level.I have the impression that savings are being made everywhere.

The people who work here are great! Especially at the bar, very friendly and attentive. They help make up for the lackluster of the rooms. As it was hot summer days, the cool air ventilation is awful. I put it on the max setting and it was like a whisper of air. I was sweating in the room and sleeping was awful. There was a fan and was able to open the window a bit that gave some relief. But again, great team

Avoid in the summer. Very warm rooms. Staff were trying their best to be helpful but they couldn’t do much so we had to find another hotel. I’m sure management knows about the AC issue as so many people have been complaining but it seems that they don’t want to do anything about it.The bathrooms were also very strange, they didn’t have any doors. The walls that they did have were made of glass so not that much privacy.

Sorry but this place is a Huge Let down. I arrived into a Lobby without Air Conditioning and then was given a room without Air conditioning. They wanted to move to another room and another room but I asked to be checked out and given a refund which was denied to me and to my Agency Expedia. I had two rooms they wouldn’t refund even one. I feel hospitality is about cooperation. This was not on.

I did book this hotel a few times due to proximity to our office, but my stay last week was a new lowlight for any hotel. At checkin the wait was long, the receptionist was all on her own and had to deal with complaints from folks that had issues with their rooms. I booked a new / refurbished room, instead got „upgraded“ to a studio. Unfortunately there was no water in my shower. When I phoned reception to ask for a fix, was told to use the fitness center on the 5th floor. The shower cabin in the fitness center had no shower gel. Written complaint after checkout so far ignored by the property.

DO NOT stay at this Innside Melia hotel location. The threads about the air-conditioning is true. It is NON EXISTENT !!! We tried everything on the thermostat but if you have a stuck up very small vent opening it is useless. Told housekeeping and the solution was they nicely opened the window (but if it's 90 degrees outside even worse). Seven nights of very uncomfortable sleep, it only cools down -a bit - at 4am.. But aside from that the rooms were very clean-excellent and nice housekeeping staff, location was also good- a little walk-hard if you have luggage- but close to U & S Bahn location plus the Airport Bus limousine. Do not come in earlier than check in time- reception would GRUMPILY remind you that you are early and will not tolerate early check in- they did allow luggage to be left with them till check out time, NO coffee machine, NO slippers...stayed in Innside Melia in Amsterdam - day and night -staff nice, early check in was fine, coffee machine, air-condition was excellent-that's why we stayed at this Munich location because of our previous experience- WRONG- never again with this Innside Melia chain !!!

So far in my Europe trip I found this place to be extremely organised, neat and clean and best service and also great breakfast. Staff is also very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come back here next time I am in Germany.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and if you can avoid, please do. AC doesnt work at all, they know it. Manager was in vacations and the poor staff was crazy helping the guesta complaining same things.There is plenty of a better hotels as Motel One, wich is right other side of the street and def has a good service.Not staying again! 👎🏼
