Service is practically non-existent. The room was large, but there was a spider in every corner, otherwise clean. Sufficient for fitters and for 1-2 nights.

We had booked for 2 nights but left after one night. Everything is as described in the previous reviews. Bad location, loud, not clean, TV didn't work. No reception, someone was only there by calling. It was probably once an Indian restaurant, very run down.210 € for one night, never again… ☹️.

Arrival by car is ok. Parking spaces are available in the backyard or next to it.Registration is only possible by phone or email.Keys are stored in a save.Communication is pleasant and works very well.There was or is a restaurant in the building on site.When I was there there was no activity there or it was just closed.In the hotel, the hallway looks like it is in a hospital or dormitory. There is only one staircase.There are mailboxes for key returns everywhere.I thought my room was ok.Doors, however, are very noisy.The rooms are pleasantly large.A room with a bed and table, a room with cupboards and a fridge and the bathroom.Completely sufficient for me.However, there were a lot of spiders in the rooms.The hotel is located directly on a busy street where a lot of trucks drive through. It is also directly on a railway line. Not a little “noise” here eitherHowever, closed windows provide a good seal against noise.So far everything is clean. Everything is also very simple. The bed feels good, I slept well.No save, but a large kettle availableI haven't tested WiFiWhat bothered me and was unpleasant was the check out time of 9:00 a.m.

the location is a disaster, 2 km from the nearest market, industrial area, you hear the sounds of the train every 10 minutes as if they pass in room, there are a lot of insects in room, they never come to clean the room, I don't recommend it as a hotel, but the price is wow! DISASTER|

Large clean self-tiled bathroom. Unfortunately there is constant freight train traffic, don't forget earplugs. The bedding had an indefinable smell, a mixture of excrement and too much fabric softener.

The rooms were not clean. I even had a dirty towel. It is very loud because there is a train running right next to the hotel. In the evenings there was loud shouting and there was rubbish everywhere. Toilet paper in the entrance where I had to go. I can't recommend it to anyone, I'm really disappointed. We were only there to sleep, otherwise we preferred to stay somewhere else.

Underground! Don't even know where to start. Reception in an Indian restaurant. You have to call in advance as no one else is there. Dirt and garbage all around. The farm is used as a landfill (used tires, bulky waste, etc.). The rooms have nothing to do with a hotel room. No air conditioning, a whole socket in the room, TV that doesn't work (it was replaced after a complaint), some screws in the cupboard, bathroom windows made of the finest transparent glass, no way to darken the room because there is only a dirty skylight. So wake up every morning with the sunrise! Open the window, impossible due to the smell. The rooms are completely crooked (risk of hitting heads). Price totally exorbitant. No cleaning of the rooms after 4 days of visit. The towels weren't even exchanged as they were already dirty when we arrived. I've already stayed in hostels where it was better. For God's sake, never again. Zero stars would still be too many.

I slept in the hotel one night and I liked it. The location is 5 minutes from a bus stop, which is great. The rooms weren't completely clean, but for €48 per night I really can't complain. If I have to go to Hamburg again I will definitely stay here again! :)

Very bad for a hotel chain.Cupboards broken, no bedside tables, noisy due to freight traffic, not recommended for longer overnight stays, no channels to be found on the TV and no remote control available.

Freight trains drive directly past the hotel. There is no breakfast, WiFi didn't connect, TV had no signal. The positive thing was that it was clean. Unfortunately it was too expensive for that.

I paid €90 in December 2023 for the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls in the room were very dirty, some had mold. How do dirty shoe prints get on the wall and hand prints on the ceiling? The sheets were too small for the mattress. No bedside table or bedside lamp, no shower gel. There was rubbish around the house - including a mattress in the muddy parking lot. The reception is only staffed for check-in. The front entrance is through a restaurant and locks at 10:30 p.m. When I returned at midnight, I was supposed to use the back entrance, the entrance to which was completely submerged in water, at least 20cm deep. Clogged drains can happen, of course, but then you should do something for the benefit of paying guests. When I called the owner he seemed dismissive and annoyed, as if the water wasn't his problem. In the end he probably had some insight and was there at 12:00 a.m. to let me and other guests in at the front.

Absolutely okay for the price, clean and functional. The only security drawback is that the front door was open day and night and basically anyone could have gotten in. Since there is no reception to keep an eye on the front door, that worried me a bit. You should also bring some provisions with you. Unfortunately, there is no shop within walking distance and the Indian restaurant in the house, which we were looking forward to, was surprisingly closed that day.

Overall, I would advise against it if it doesn't absolutely have to - the location is quite noisy due to freight traffic on the road and rail, but at least it's well connected to the bus stop. The rooms are nothing special at all, they don't invite you to stay and then I made the mistake of looking under the bed, there was a lot of dirt there. The contact was sparse and not very accommodating, but the people downstairs from the restaurant were friendly.

First impression: could be worse, BUT conclusion after (fortunately) only one night: bad value for money.Floor totally dirty, doesn't seem to be cleaned.Don't look closely at the bed linen, otherwise you'll notice more and more dirt, hair and holes. Unfortunately, sheets don't cover the disgusting mattresses either.The restaurant located in the same building and the hotel do not belong together. If there are larger events in the restaurant, this should be communicated to the hotel and especially to the guests. A wedding was celebrated in the restaurant and we basically slept in a disco until late at night. Not possible, especially if you sleep there with small children.Air conditioning is also missing. After a night in the hotel everything smells like food.Conclusion: exorbitant for the priceAddendum: Fleas in the beds 🤢🤢

This is probably the worst Hotel that I’ve ever visited in my life.The entryway that is behind the hotel is so messed up and in night is so scary.The Hotel is literally located in the middle of nowhere, u can’t sleep because of the train noise in the night and the trucks noise in the morning.And the hotel is located far away from the city and in the night u don’t see anybody there, it felt really scary staying there
