This hotel was in great location, only a 2 minute walk from bus #201 and not far from Lichtenberger Allee. Pascal and the others at reception were welcoming and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. There were many options at the breakfast buffet. Our room was large and very clean and we liked the Nespresso machine and mini-fridge.

Nice hotel, very centrally located and still quiet.Very friendly, courteous staff.Rich breakfast buffet.The single room was nice, spacious and very clean.I would be happy to go again if I travel to Baden-Baden again!

We stayed here initially just because they offered a gluten free breakfast. There's some wonderful brotchen, bread, and muffins from Resch und Frisch brand. The chef went through the entire breakfast buffet and told us what was gluten free and safe. They also will make any kind of eggs you want and their omelet was really delicious. The hotel is perfectly in the center of town where you can walk within minutes to the shopping streets, restaurants, city park, spas or museums. The hotel staff are immensely friendly and helpful.Special note: their hotel restaurant is not open for dinner at the time of this posting. There are only a few other places in town where you can eat gluten free. If you need a few suggestions, consider Monte Christo, Rivazza, and 87 Mamma Lina. If you are willing to drive a bit, there's a few other places outside of town, but our favorite was Gasthaus Bischenberg in Sasbachwalden.

Is very centrally located. The employees are all super friendly. We found it pleasant that the staff parked and unparked the car.However, the breakfast situation was not satisfactory. Due to lack of space, guests were told to come back in 10 minutes. It doesn't work at all. My experiences in other hotels: staggered meal times, possibly from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Works fine.

We stayed 2 nights at the Merkur Hotel. It's small and in a good location. Very near to the bus stops to the main station. |It's walking distance to the casino, spa and all the shops. |The staff are very friendly and relaxed.|The breakfast was very good and excellent hot tea. |We had a great stay.

Centrally yet quietly located. The night in the air-conditioned superior double room was very pleasant. Bathroom a bit small but functional. The staff were very, very friendly throughout. Breakfast prepared with love in a stylish ambience.I would happily recommend this hotel!

We had the room with two bedrooms and lounge which was perfect for our family of 4. Location was excellent , just a very short walk to the main part of town and the beautiful park. Car park is available (you need to leave the car key). We recommend for families, couples and also for a business trip.

Four people on three motorbikes and Carmen came out to greet us and directed us to private secluded parking. Great location close to the clean and safe centre where there are plenty of bars & restaurants. Comfortable room, tasty breakfast and superb customer service.
