No TV, there is WiFi, but you have to search to find a password to log in. It's not clean. No bedside lamp. The towel holder in the bathroom wasn't firmly attached to the wall. An extremely steep staircase to the rooms, no help was offered. No reception. Never again.

Excellent for the price. Nothing fascinating but not bad either. There is what you need and nothing more. It is not a hotel but some apartments owned by a restaurant called moments which is right next door

Was absolutely not satisfied! I arrived in the dark. House number 25 cannot be found and since the gate was open, the hotel entrance sign was not visible either. Attempts to contact me by phone failed because the number was unreachable (I received a text message around lunchtime the next day that it was available again). Since there is still a restaurant there, I went in there, maybe there is a contact address. "We are the contacts!" It was supposed to be in the confirmation, but it wasn't. There is no breakfast, the confirmation states that it can be booked for €8. “But there are enough bakers here!” The room is then 3 houses away. It was clean, I can't say anything more positive! The keyhole to the neighboring room is closed with a tissue, there is no shower room.WiFi is available, but if the access data is nowhere, it is useless!Would I stay there again? Not voluntarily! If nothing else is free, it's okay, otherwise no thanks!

Let's call it a "hotel" without breakfast, which you can't book as well. Underground is better. There is no separate reception, you have to go to the restaurant below, which, in contrast to the rooms, is very modern. The keys for the rooms are then dug out of a plastic box.The furnishings are very old, the bed squeaks, dust from I don't know how many years collects on the cupboard. It is carelessly furnished. Towels were discolored and not clean, the curtains could use replacing and the blinds were missing or hanging by a thread. The general condition is careless and run down.It's super centrally located in the city, which can of course be very loud.€90 for 1 night in this accommodation is clearly not justified and completely overpriced.Bay somewhere else

If you have the opportunity, book another hotel.The “hotel” is not in the sense. Here the customer is king. There is no attention to detail here, no feel-good character, nothing.The rooms are only there to earn money, nothing else.And when problems are addressed, the responsibility is transferred to the poor service cleaners.Only bad.

Check in closes at 11 pm. We had overlooked this, so when we arrived at 11:50 pm after a long drive from France, everything was dark and no one could let us in or answer the phone. The fact that they didn't contact us when we hadn't arrived at 11 pm when it's such a small place is frustrating. We had to drive out in the rain and find a hotel in the next town. We have not heard from them despite our messages on the answering machine.The worst experience I have had in many years, standing in the middle of the night and not being able to get your hotel room..

Not worth the money!!! ||An IKEA curtain in front of every window only provides minimal protection from outside light, so poor sleep (that's what you're actually looking for in a hotel...) …

Camera not OK. Reserved and paid for 2 months ago and it's still a surprise when we get there. Gordiene together with a needle. We promised we'd fix it tomorrow. Unfortunately, that's too much. The room is not in the hotel but further down the street. For us the hotel is unique.

Nice hotel with friendly people in the center of Celle. What I didn't like at check-in was that they made me wait because they were busy in the restaurant. Then the room that was built for me by the gnome Plop was not really anything to write home about. You bump your head against the sloping walls and the shower head reaches about your shoulder. What is very annoying is that the room is very warm and the window cannot be opened properly. Then the room had no curtains, so a lot of light came in. What was strange is that the table lamp was on the floor and the TV had no picture.There were also lighting cables sticking out of the wall and the lamp in the room did not work.All in all, the price was not high, but neither was the quality.

Because 0 stars is not possible. The "hotel", if you want to call it that since there is no real reception, is very centrally located in downtown Celle and you can easily reach everything on foot. That's it for the positive. We received an email in advance that we should check in at the “Moments” restaurant and that an employee would then take us to the hotel. So far okay, at first glance the room looked quite nice, but upon closer inspection the picture became increasingly unpleasant. There was an old telephone on the closet under a blanket of dust that was at least as old. Curtains were hanging half torn in the bathroom and the worst part was the shower stall door. And since I'm at a loss for words here, I'll just let the picture speak for itself.

Check in very friendly at the attached restaurant. Water maker with tea and coffee in the room. Door lock looked a bit broken somehow.
