Rooms great, breakfast great and the staff friendly and very attentive. A big compliment to the kitchen...the food is great.

Beautifully and practically furnished, a rare find. Breakfast mega, dinner unfortunately only average. You could definitely change something on the menu, special monthly menu etc

The food is incredibly delicious 😋 I have never had a hotel where the rolls and bread are freshly baked. The evening menu was included in the half board, it was delicious. Thanks again that the gluten-free diet worked.A special thank you to all the trainees who do their jobs excellently.Fly screens would be nice on the windows.If everyone followed the park rules it would be even better.We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

Fantastic. The room is spacious and very bright. It's easy to get to the thermal baths and it's not a long walk to the sea either. The parking lot is directly behind the hotel and is actually very well organized. If some guests stuck to it, there wouldn't be any fear of scratches. The breakfast is varied and really tasty. There are always nice ladies at the reception and happy to help.

We stayed at the hotel as a couple for 8 days/7 nights. The hotel is relatively new and very modern and stylish. Our room was very large and comfortably furnished. Unfortunately the room was above the entrance. Smokers were present under the window until late in the evening. Sleeping with the window open (there is no air conditioning) was therefore not possible. The smell and the noise pollution were unbearable with the window open.Room cleaning only takes place every two days (towels changed every day). In principle, that's a good thing. What wasn't so good was that you only get new coffee capsules or tea every other day. Foregoing daily room cleaning is not rewarded with a little attention.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, a really great selection of dishes. A big compliment to the very friendly and nice staff in the morning.The evening service in the restaurant is very different. Mr. Stefan and the trainee were great.We weren't impressed with the older, black-haired lady in the evening service in the restaurant. Our reservation could not be found on 3(!) evenings. Instead of an apology, we would be spoken to badly and reprimanded (“You didn't make a reservation. Everyone sitting here has a reservation, but not you). After a lot of ifs and buts, we were able to take a seat at the buffer table right at the entrance. Our order was lost or mixed up with other tables several times. If the wait was more than two hours, there was no apology or small gesture (“Be patient, you are on vacation. I had to wait at the Italian restaurant too.”). We certainly understand unforeseen circumstances. But they are never a reason to be rude and impolite. Hospitality looks somehow different.Conclusion: This unpleasant behavior had a major impact on our vacation. We didn't feel like guests. Although we liked the hotel itself, there will be no next visit or recommendation.

Great hotel, modern, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, honestly great quality and service. Room and bathroom spacious.We had booked half board and were surprised every evening with a great 3 course menu. Choice of 3 different main courses, very modern and high quality healthy cuisine. Someone knows their craft. Great, only recommended

We found out about MeerZeiten through a radio advertisement. It was very worth it. Friendly staff throughout, large, bright rooms with plenty of storage space. Great play area including a small library on the 1st floor. A good idea is the “refrigerator of trust” that keeps drinks ready. Great breakfast, with a huge selection. We felt very comfortable!

My husband and I were there for a week at the beginning of September. We stayed in a room with a roof terrace and a sea view. Great comfortable beds. Nice large bathroom with rain shower. Rooms 258 to 260 all three had a roof terrace. Unfortunately this had no separation. We found that disturbing. The hotel is located in Bensersiel directly behind the dike. The small spa park makes it easy to reach the town, harbor and beach. Very tight parking situation at the hotel. We had booked the sea time package. The breakfast buffet was great. The breakfast ladies were all very nice and radiated a good mood. Our package included an exclusive 3-course menu. We were able to enjoy this for two evenings. Super tasty, creative and a feast for the eyes. But then a bus tour group came and the dream ended. When we entered the restaurant in the evening we were told that there would only be a buffet for the rest of the week. Unfortunately we had to do this one evening because the service in the restaurant was not willing to change this. Luckily a vegetarian dish was prepared for me. Since we always went to dinner after 7 p.m. (we were asked on the day of arrival whether we wanted to eat at 5:30 p.m. or 7 p.m.), my husband unfortunately had to be content with dry salmon and baked chicken schnitzels and if there was condensation on the covers with vegetables and... If you mix fried potatoes, the taste is gone too. What a crash. The next morning we complained about it to the nice young man at reception and from that evening we could eat a la carte. Top. Thanks so much. 👍👍👍👍👍👍. That was again super tasty. Great fried fish and meat. The welcome cocktail was only served to us on the second evening and also in demand. We were not asked as we usually know it, with or without alcohol. A glass was placed in front of us without comment. Only when asked was it said: fruit cocktail without alcohol. It looked great but the taste wasn't our thing. Unfortunately, the service at dinner was sometimes very inattentive. People often sat in front of empty glasses. OK. We like to start the evening with an Aperol Spritz and then continue it with beer and wine. Then maybe a nice cocktail, a nightcap and/or espresso. For us, that's part of the vacation. Unfortunately, this was partly not possible because no service staff felt responsible. OK. I have to say that the majority of the guests really only had one drink. Maybe that was the reason. However, it was a real shame for us. Finally, I would like to thank the young man at reception again. They always had an open ear and made everything possible to ensure that we had a pleasant holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍
