I would prefer not to give a star. The accommodation was very unclean, the bathroom was unhygienic, the floor was sticky, the hallway had a strong smell, the fridge in the room also smelled sticky and strong, the beds were supposedly freshly made, ... absolutely not recommended. Unfortunately, we stayed for one of the planned 4 nights. The accommodation is absolutely not recommended, not even as an emergency solution.

No service is unclean, only machines for drinks that are still broken. Rooms very noisy without air conditioning or something similar because of the volume you can't ventilate.All this for 79 euros and there wasn't even a receiptCannot recommend it if any.It is similar to a homeless shelter because homeless people etc. also live there

A hotel with youth hostel flair, at 4 star prices. Due to the location, not suitable for sleepers with open windows.The rooms are ok in size.But you should also use the money that is collected here for renovation. The room cleaning could also be cleaner, as unfortunately there was still dirt from the previous guest. Difficult to find due to the lack of outdoor advertising.

We booked two nights for the harbor birthday and were so disappointed by the photos and the presentation of the hotel, it's a shame that such a fool still exists, far too expensive and too dirty and everything is very primitive.

I give it 1 star because I can't give it 0 stars. An unbearable smell in the room, a mixture of humidity and cigarettes. There is no soap in the room. I charge more than 100 euros a night and they don't provide a bar of soap.Dirt everywhere. Disgusting. Don't come!!!

The two of us were there from Friday to Sunday because we wanted to explore Hamburg and the surrounding area. There are parking spaces behind the house, I got one both days. The rooms are well equipped, 2 beds, bedside tables, a dresser, a table, 2 chairs, a large refrigerator and a wardrobe. The bathroom was okay, just what you need. What I found very positive was that the beds were made and there were towels too. On Saturday, when we were out and about, the trash can was emptied and the towel was saved and hung up for after the shower. I thought it was a shame that the windows didn't open, but that was the case. When I mentioned that it was my birthday the next day, I received a bouquet of flowers in the morning. I was very happy and they are still alive a week later. Thank you for that. The fact that the communal kitchen is a bit crumbly is due to the other people and not the nice women! The dishes in the kitchen were clean and could be used. The only thing that really bothered us were the other guests standing in the hallways and being very loud, but that was only on the first night. The operator can't help it! We were satisfied. There were also two pieces of paper with WiFi code available, but we didn't use them. The TV didn't work, but you could have asked or you would have had to dial in, but since we were more or less just there to sleep and have breakfast, it didn't matter to us.There were also benches to sit downstairs.We would come again. Thank you

Everywhere the sockets are moldy and don't work. The rooms stink of smoke and there isn't even soap in the bathroom. There is a drinks machine that shimmers when I asked her about it, she got angry and just ran away. An impudence

Where do I start, it's terrifying.Dirt, junk furniture that is falling apart as soon as you touch it, mold on the walls/window corners. No soap in the room, thin walls in the supposedly soundproof room. Dirty furniture and floor in the entrance area where LidL shopping carts are also standing around, filthy toilets with urine and fecal residue on glasses, part of the lid on the wall, cables sticking out of ceilings and walls. I would rather not describe communal kitchens in more detail... A case for the health department.

One star is already too many for this disgusting place. To name just a few of the things you can expect:- Silverfish- Extreme sweaty foot smell- Hair from other guests- Stains from who knows what on the bed covers- Giant harvestmen- Giant spider webs up to 1 meter long and larger- Lots of old dust- Broken, dangerous sockets- Worn disgusting wallpaper- Dirty floorI hadn't informed about the reviews beforehand and had a horrible stay. Of course there is no money back. 50€/night is a disgrace! Even if I were offered money, I wouldn't spend another night there. Please stay away from this place.

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars or, best of all, you can make minus stars. I've seen a lot but the Hansehus surpasses everything negatively.Apart from the location between the four-lane main road and the railway line, everything else is another disaster. In the bathroom, silverfish run away as soon as you turn on the light, the shower curtain is totally rotten (seems to have been white but is now yellow and brown). There is no soap and towels were supposedly 'fresh' but damp. The refrigerator in the room doesn't cool even at the highest setting and it smells like something has rotted in it. Used tissues and empty packaging appear under the furniture, and the floor looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The mattress is soft, almost worn out, and covered with 3 toppers that all look the same filthy and the bed linen smells musty/rotten. In the hallways you can see bare cables coming out of holes in the walls and ceilings and the entrance doors are covered with paper after someone tried to break them in or something.Can't understand all the positive reviews and can only advise against booking this hotel.
