Price performance OK... not a hotel for vacation, located pretty much on the main street, rooms very plain and simple... Breakfast without jam, no go, just honey and Nutella. Very nice staff

Outdated hotel that is not particularly well maintained. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the room and all the towels had already been used...I put the dishes in the hallway and they were still there when I left (3 days later).Towels were replaced at least the next day.Breakfast very minimalistic, little fresh produce, no variety and only filter coffee.Staff nice and friendly.

It somehow reminds me of the time in Penkerris. A little bit of British life here. In any case, I am very grateful for the beautiful moments here. Highly recommended. In the heart of Blankenese.

Good value for money for HH...pleasantly spacious room - despite the good windows, the noise level from outside was too loud for me...but that was due to my light sleep

Family-run hotel that is getting old, but is extremely pleasant and friendly. Simple breakfast with a clear variety within five days. Small plus: there are daily newspapers for newspaper readers.Clean.Well located, about 5 minutes walk to the Blankenese S-Bahn station.

The overall impression of the room for us was that the furnishings were quite outdated and dark. The carpet made a worn impression. The beds were ok. The bathroom had already been renovated, there were little things missing, such as a missing door handle to the shower, the bathroom door didn't close... The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly.

The most important thing for us, first. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful! . Now to the hotel: the hotel is not the newest, but we felt very comfortable! Our room was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast buffet was rich. The location, about a 10-15 minute walk to the S-Bahn, is excellent. In short: it was a great stay and we would love to come back. Thanks!

The rooms are an imposition, everything is very old, people walked on the carpet 50 years ago.Shower is falling apart and is so small that you turn the water off when you turn it over.Speaking of water, there is only hot or cold.The towels are not exchanged even if they are on the floor.The breakfast, well, the rolls are all from the bakery but taste like they were from the day before.

LOCATION: For someone who feels comfortable in Blankenese and who has nothing against taking the S-Bahn and/or bus, it can also be 5/5..SERVICE: Terribly bad!》 No bar, no drinks at the reception, no drinks vending machine or similar - if you arrive thirsty, you can make do with tap water or be directed to the supermarket.》 Housekeeping not noticeably present - as if you were at home ;-) : Thick layer of dust on the windowsill and the bed lights. No straightening of the room or beds, linen only changed after a complaintROOM: Nice and big. Narrow 160' double bed (with good mattresses!). But:》 Shaky bathroom fittings, sloppy shower with high entry.》 Noisy towards the street, no ventilation through windows at night, but no A eitherBREAKFAST: Loveless and unfunny.OVERALL: What a shame! It could be so beautiful...

Booked here again after a long time because it was an emergency overnight stay and I was really happy that I got a room so quickly.Booked: 1 room for one person with a clean shower and clean bed.Check in: I wouldn't be asked whether I was traveling for work or pleasure and the tourist tax would simply be added to the invoice. The invoice was printed out greasy and there was no service question as to whether it was requested by email.Bathroom: Shower has limescale stains on the shower enclosure.The side dispenser was dirty in the shower.Cosmetic mirror dustyInfested green spot on a former shower rail fittingTowels didn't smell fresh.When I used them they started to smell.The room is generally worn out,The walls have not been repainted where there are black straps.Windows not cleanedBalcony railings and glass not cleaned.The room is really musty - you can only ventilate it when you're not there because the room faces the street. Even with closed windows and soundproof windows. You could hear the HVV buses and the trafficCarpet in the roomNo power outlets at the desk or under the desk.To find a socket by the bed I had to kneel and look under the bedside table. Only one socket per side, so the bedside lamp cannot be used. There were two glasses in the room for drinking, but no bottle of water.Bedding:There were mold stains on one pillowBreakfast: kept simple, you get full and everything was clean. The breakfast fairy is super friendly and has had to put up with the complaints for years.The interior here is also very old. Leather on the armchairs is closed and has open edges.Reception staffed from 7:30 a.mMy complaint was recorded including telephone number.However, so far no cancellation or reduction in price.An apology would be given first.Since I have often found the different rooms not to be in top condition since 2017, there has never been any positive change in the quality standards since then. Because the hotel was expanded and a new building was built... The old building really needs to be renovated...The breakfast room is designed in 2004 and not in the current interior design.

We will never stay here again.After checking in, we went to our rooms, took a short break and then set off to explore the city. The rooms were not ready for occupancy at that time and towels and used bed linen were still available from previous guests. Since housekeeping was on the floor, we thought they would take care of it.When we came back very late in the evening we were shocked; our room was neither cleaned nor were bed linen changed or towels replaced. We couldn't reach anyone from the hotel itself. That's not possible, poor planning and communication! I will never book again!

Everything is very old. Cleaning not available in 3 days. Only towels were changed. You have to make your own beds. Breakfast okay but nothing special. You could invest some money and renew a lot of things.

The hotel itself is very, very nice and clean, but the room we had was right on the street, and the two nights we spent there were unfortunately very bad.
