Quite problem-free. Had to find a hotel at short notice because of a car breakdown at night. Worked great. Rooms simple but clean. With coffee machine and accessories. Unfortunately the hot water device is defective. Just helped us in an emergency.

Very good for 1 night. Very convenient self-recording.Clean rooms and not noisy.A metro right next door with which you are in the city in 15 minutes.Unfortunately a bit expensive anyway with the added taxes and paid parking.Coffees in the room really bad.

Those a****oles just cancelled our reservations 2 hours before check in for no reason. I made a reservation like 1 month ago. I tried to contact with them, but they didn’t respond. So, don’t recommend this place to anybody

On the day of arrival there was no one at reception and the entrance was with a code, so we wrote on WhatsApp to a certain Abdullah and he told us that he would arrive in 5 minutes and made us wait 2:30 hrs without answering the messages or calls!! After calling booking and continuing to insist, he finally confirmed that it was overbooked! An absolute lack of respect!He made us go to his other hotel having told us that we would not pay anything and we ended up paying and on top of that he did not pay any attention to us.He never apologized to us! We traveled 12 hours for a concert and he made us wait in the heat with no response on the street like dogs!Furthermore, we saw at the reception that there was a paper with our reservation and the cleaning person who was there did not even want to help us, at least by calling his boss or something.I hope no one goes. On top of that, the area is ugly and the hotel is very small.

A horrible experience: we had a reservation and at the time of check-in there was no one at reception. We waited two hours for them to reply by message that they had made a mistake and there was no more space. Irresponsibility and absolute mistreatment of the manager, a certain Abdula. Avoid this infamous place, please.

Absolutely dubious. There is no response to emails and there is no service (counter unmanned).It took us forever to drive to an Air BnB, which is also run by the operator. We had booked this. However, this no longer existed or was renovated. The operator claimed that he had informed us about this the evening before (even that would be pretty spontaneous). Unfortunately, we never received the information and therefore lost a lot of time. The alleged email that was sent to us has not been forwarded to this day despite requests.We should then go to the Avento Hotel from the same provider. From this point on, the operator was no longer available to us with any information etc. We actually wanted two rooms (like in the Air BnB), but were crammed into the smallest room. A request for another room was not possible due to the lack of service. The location is relatively central, but the noise from trams etc. was very loud, so I only got 3 hours of sleep. Since then, the operator has no longer responded to emails and there is no trace of goodwill or customer-oriented actions. Absolutely not recommended.

Nice and clean room, after the road there are all the conditions to relax, next to the Netto store, 250 meters. It’s a pity that there is no mini refrigerator for drinks, but it’s very good, thank you.

I stayed there overnight because I had a business meeting in Hanover.Very unusual location on a large road with 4 lanes near the motorway. The volume is very high, but in the evening it is bearable. Unfortunately there are only 4 parking spaces in front of the hotel for 12 rooms. Otherwise there is little to no parking. Regarding the service, unfortunately there is no one on site, only a telephone service is okay, but very bad if there are problems. The room is good, clean and friendly furnished. What wasn't great was the heat in the room was very warm even though it was first time. Therefore very uncomfortable during the day.. after airing it out in the evening to cool down it was okay. Sleeping well, mattress was okay, but pillows very uncomfortable. Okay for one night, but nothing more. Price performance is okay for Hanover.

Very quiet room.Very newly furnished and clean.Mattresses could be a little more comfortable.Unfortunately there are only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel.The price is top for that.

The room was very clean and check-in was super easy. The accommodation is located directly at a train station. Unfortunately, the television in the room didn't work. I would book a room there again.

How you can give this 5 stars is a mystery to me. Access only with code. In the house as well as in the room. A gas station on one side and a multi-lane main road with a tram on the other. Ventilation or even sleeping with the window open is out of the question. The mattress is not exactly inviting.Positive: it was clean.

After we made the booking, no code or information about check-in has been provided. When we arrived at the hotel, the place was locked up. We tried calling all numbers provided and nobody would answer the phone. Eventually, after multiple attempts, someone answered the phone and gave us the entrance code. So, a lot of effort to even get into the building was required! Secondly, the mattreses were just awful. Not only noisy, but you could feel every single bit of the spring underneath... resulting in poor quality of sleep. In the morning, just before 10am, as we wanted to check out, again nobody was manning the reception desk. So I phoned the numbers provided... nobody bothered to answer or call me back. Why not! I sent a text message to the mobile number asking for an invoice...no reply. I wondered at some point what would happen if there was a real emergency... there just weren't bothered! They overcharged my card and I was not even able to understand what that was for. I requested an invoice a few days later via email and received one in response. To no surprise, they overcharged me for city tax (children do not pay it) but when queried via email, they never responded (as expected...). I had to get in touch with booking.com to solve the issue. All in all, extremely poor and frustrating experience, lack of care or professionalism. I would certainly not recommend this place!
