We had great days all around. The hotel is great, great facilities and very nice, attentive staff. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for every taste. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty.Since my partner has walking difficulties, we were provided with a room suitable for disabled people. This left nothing to be desired.It was a great, albeit short, vacation.We can only recommend this hotel and its team.

The only positive thing was the breakfast. Sufficient and tasty.But the rest was terrible. Cleanliness in the rooms left a lot to be desired. The hygiene in the bathroom was very bad. When we entered the bathroom there was a strong smell of feces. There were clumps of hair on the floor in the shower. The toilet lid already had a very yellowish discoloration. The shower curtain has seen better days. Brown water marks do not invite you to shower. Extreme dust on the phone/tablet, as well as on the television and the wooden paneling, show that it hasn't been dusted for a long time. Due to the extreme heat it was almost unbearable in the rooms. Sleeping at night was out of the question. No ventilation in the rooms at 30 degrees. No possibility to get cool drinks. No refrigerator to cool drinks and that in 34 degree heat. It was so hot in the rooms. No fan or anything like that. Smokers standing under our window made the air even more smoky. Everything moved into our room. It looked like an attack had occurred in the yard/grounds. Rubble and mountains of sand, metal grilles, the carboard was filled with mattresses and old, sorted sinks. The so-called walnut terrace was a disaster. Old wooden folding chairs and tables with full ashtrays from GDR times. Confused. No green area maintenance everything withers and no maintenance. You couldn't stay there. The roof terrace was something accessible via a metal bridge. Completely run down and full ashtrays everywhere again. There were even cigarette butts on the ground. You were afraid of falling down. everything is shaky and dilapidated. The hotel hallway looked like a hospital or nursing home. Metal shelves with cleaning supplies and indefinable things. But not something too hung or hidden, no, open and thrown down. We are so disappointed with this hotel that we will never return there. The description on the website does not match what is actually there. Pets are welcome and that's good. However, these animals have no place at the dinner table. We noticed that the employees are very fond of animals, but when I pet dogs and then put the dishes on the tables without disinfecting or at least washing my hands, it shows us again how hygiene is handled here. The hotel is a dump for us. Due to the heat and these deficiencies, we left a day earlier.

I booked this hotel for my husband as a birthday present... It sounded good. You could also book a candlelight dinner... We were assigned a table which was set with cheap artificial flowers... as a starter we were given a tomato cream soup with crabs, which tasted quite good... the main course was a disaster: a small breaded schnitzel which was on the lower side It was black for the night and the top side wasn't even fried properly. Chanterelle mushrooms on top and there were croquettes. There was no sauce, no small salad.. just this dry dish.. the hunger was pure... For dessert then an ice cream parfume with cream... Not nicely presented either... With a room for an overnight stay with dinner + drinks and We paid almost 230 € for breakfast.. Price-performance = 0.... I don't know one waitress. I assume it was the boss.. but only by walking back and forth.. and this served candlelight Dinner... lasted over two hours? I don't know why... the room was barrier-free and therefore nice and big... Unfortunately, I was blinded by the pictures on the internet and I'm terribly embarrassed that I gave my husband something like that. Otherwise the staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay!!! We won't book this hotel again.. Arendsee wasn't really worth it either... It's a restaurant where you could have ended the evening by the water... Everything is fenced in there, that wasn't the case before...

The hotel is in a village, but with a lot of traffic, which you can't really hear in the rooms.I describe the room furnishings as more rustic, but everything you need for a stay is there. The bathroom was very large, clean and suitable for wheelchair users.In the restaurant you can have a hearty breakfast and, if you wish, also have lunch or dinner. The menu doesn't offer much, but that's probably because it's a family business and doesn't have a lot of staff.There are a lot of things worth seeing nearby, such as: the "Queen Arendsee", which sails on the Arendsee for just over 1 hour.

Great staffOur room was a bit small for 2 people for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The menu was clear but only fresh ingredients.Breakfast very good selection of sausage and cheese.We felt welcome and comfortable, almost like coming home.

We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary with 44 people at the Wolfshotel. Marco Wolf and his team have prepared everything well, but can also improvise very quickly. You almost never notice the stress of the “wolves” and after a day you feel as if they all belong to one big family.Overnight stay was fine, food tasted great. Our guests were also completely satisfied.

Was disappointed with the room, single room, stairs to the bathroom without a window, very poor lighting there! Bathroom furnishings like in GDR times! Rooms look much better online. A really great breakfast buffet and nice staff were praiseworthy. Hotel makes a good impression from the outside and inside.
