Terrible and disgraceful to even offer such rooms for the price! 130€ per night without breakfast and I think the pictures say it all. Unfortunately, there was no point in talking to the boss.

Absolute disaster. This hotel or all of Mr. Ludin Karimi's hotels must be closed, everything is dirty, germy and unhygienic. The good guy deliberately rips people off. It has to be reported

The room was partly dirty and also: The window handle was broken, 2 blinds were completely broken and the sofa bed was far too hard to sleep on. The woman at the reception was very friendly. The price is extremely outrageous 160€ a night for such a rubbish place I would have accepted 80-90€. The only positive thing was the location, just 2 minutes from shops and restaurants. Not worth recommending!!!!

At least the elevator worked. As soon as you enter the “lobby” you can tell that this accommodation has never had better times. The room is definitely ok as a place to stay for a few hours, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.Room 502 on the top floor cannot be reached by elevator. There are no sockets on the bedside table and therefore no bedside lights. There is a kitchenette. However, people there definitely wouldn't cook. Chimpanzees maybe. Provided you have the cookware with you.

The elevator sometimes only goes up to the first floor. The room is absolutely disgusting, either completely worn out or broken! Louder than a hotel at the train station and an absolute disaster to find an affordable parking space for the car! You don't want to touch the kitchen and the fridge smells awful.

We had booked 2 double rooms. It wasn't clean in both rooms and we're not talking about a little dust. For example, there was still toilet paper behind the bathroom door from the guest in front of it.Long black hair hung on the towel rack...The carpet was dirty and broken. Our friends only had 1 towel which they had to share. One wall of the shower cubicle was missing, so only a curtain was installed here.We stayed at this hotel in May and it was very warm in the room.I don't want to know what it's like in midsummer. We had a bedside lamp and the shade was broken and completely warped. The room doors cannot be opened or closed quietly because they get stuck and you have to press hard.It was said that you would reach the Reeperbahn in 20 minutes. That's not the case. The S-Bahn actually takes 30 minutes. One advantage was that it only takes 2 minutes to walk to the S-Bahn.Conclusion: Even if you just need a place to sleep and value a bit of cleanliness, you've come to the wrong place here.
