I brought my sister there with her son Rick, they spent one night there. When I came in it smelled of smoke or cigarette smell. The ceiling where yellow smoked smelled of cigarette smell. entered the room while the window was open.☹️👎 I am surprised that you have to sleep in such dirty air that stinks of cigarette smoke 🫣

Rooms are clean. Quiet motel, just off the highway. Moderate maintenance condition. Old fashioned.It is the low price, clean rooms and location near the highway border that makes this an extremely good motel.

A nice and cozy place for those who want to relax. The owner (I think), a very nice lady, but the gentleman who opened the door for us, not so much. I recommend it for a short trip. Prices very affordable.

Great place to stay for a night. Small apartment with 3 beds and a small kitchenette and bathroom. Everything neat. The A7 is close by, you could hear freight traffic.

Good accommodation with fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. At 55 euros, this is very cheap for those on a small budget. Shops are easily accessible on foot.This is a good hostel for self-catering. The train station is easy to reach and there are regular trains to Groningen.

The motel is very centrally located, right on the highway. But you don't hear anything from the highway and it's very quiet at night. The service is very good and we received a friendly welcome. The room was absolutely sufficient for 2 people and all the necessary kitchen utensils were available. We didn't miss anything. The towels were changed regularly and the trash was emptied. What bothered us was that it smelled musty and the laundry was damp. We were there in rainy weather and 18 degrees. Unfortunately the radiators were turned off, which is understandable in summer. Unfortunately, this was the only way we could not counteract the moisture. We were there for 3 days and wouldn't have stayed longer because of the humidity. Otherwise we liked it.

Beautiful garden and green space surrounding the property. Nice and quiet location on the corner of town. Clean and simple rooms that are charmingly appointed, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The host was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Worth noting for others that they require payment to be in cash.
