If you like smoky rooms that smell of cold smoke, and completely worn-out, outdated furniture (that was indoors in the 4-bed room), you can spend the night there. By the way, the elevator is pre-war and a real experience.Unfortunately the boss "forgot" to enter my reservation. After 10 hours of arrival there was no room (a blessing in disguise!).The lady at reception (who really couldn't help the situation) tried very hard to find my two rooms in the second B&D hotel, but without success. We took care of things ourselves and went back to the InterCityHotel without having accomplished anything. The lady at reception even paid for the taxi for us, but we were able to walk easily.Thanks to the receptionist for her efforts <3 Unfortunately I don't have any thanks for the GF.

I was there too...Yes, I found the two employees really brave. Despite the damaged elevator, a service worker carried all of the guests' luggage up. But honestly, I suddenly don't understand this women's logic. If 3 women go in and find out that the elevator is broken, yes, but still insist that the slim service person drag the three thick suitcases up. Sorry, that's not possible.Overall, there was a need for action. But it was in the middle of the city and everything was within walking distance.And when you check in, you are advised not to smoke in the rooms... yes! Do any of the guests adhere to this rule? Certainly not! Accordingly, the reviews from the guests who checked in are completely unfair to the very nice service staff. They, in turn, are trying with the last of their strength to appear somehow adequate there, after all the, sorry, you could say, insults on the Internet.I thought it was great and would like to check into the little room again for a weekend.PS I would like to say hello to the nice employee there and thank her very much for the delicious tea and for the friendly conversation during it..VG

There were almost no bodily fluids on the sheets and the pleasant, cold smell of cigarettes invited you to linger. The bathroom was very hyenic. The dog in the next room only caused stress for half an hour. You don't necessarily have to sleep alone, there seem to be a lot of young women without their own bed nearby. Less than 50m away you can also have a good time in one or two establishments. I felt very comfortable there.

Super expensive for Agritechnica but the place is derelict. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, cigarette burns in the shower, curtain torn, no smoke detectors (dismantled) and, last straw, noisy ! It is a shame.

Very hard-working staff, but otherwise not good at all. Hotel very run down and outdated. Window broken, key on the entrance door doesn't work, smelly room, elevator broken, room telephone doesn't work... unfortunately not recommended at all

So for the price I would have expected something different. The room smelled of cigarettes, it was loud despite the window being closed and the bathroom was an absolute disaster. The hairdryer was gone and the shower was dirty. The only good thing was the employees. So only 1 star

From the outside, this hotel invites you to linger for a long time. The entrance is clear and well secured. The greeting is friendly and possible in various languages. A chair in the stairwell invites you to linger for a while. Rooms well equipped. A very good activity program in the immediate vicinity is also possible for various interests

I got a room on the 5th floor, wanted to use the elevator with my 2 fully packed suitcases but then the big surprise...it was broken. Then I walked to the 5th floor with my 2 fully packed heavy suitcases. When I finally arrived I was half dead crouched in front of my bedroom door.

The first room that was assigned to me had not yet been tidied, and in the second room people smoked regularly despite the no-smoking notice on the door. Overall, the stay was a complete disaster. Absolutely not recommended.

Terribly dirty, terrible location in the brothel district. Located opposite the loudest disco in the world. Unreasonable! It's better to sleep on the street.

The hotel is very centrally located. The service in the hotel is really very accommodating. If you have any problems/help, someone is there immediately. However, the facility is very old. The furniture and the bathroom are outdated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not as good as you would expect for a hotel. Many things in our room were damaged (room door, toilet, hairdryer, window curtains) or non-functional (bedside lights, missing smoke detector). The bathroom also shows "round corners" here and there when cleaning and the shower had slight signs of mold. The bed linen and towels, on the other hand, were impeccable. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service due to a defect, but the hotel cannot be blamed for this.CONCLUSION: Possible for 1 night, but definitely not for longer stays or even overnight stays with children.

You can survive there for a day or two if you don't insist on comfort. (Although the bed was really comfortable and the bed linen and towels were clean. 👍)The furniture is a bit outdated. In the bathroom there is at least a rail to hang up your towel. (Unfortunately this is not the case everywhere and I actually read in the reviews here that there are no hooks or similar in the bathroom.)Rooms were a bit noisy or the neighbors in the room were just a bit loud.Anyone who complains about the situation has themselves to blame. Just a few minutes walk to the center. There is a small kiosk opposite the hotel (card payment not possible).Service: I arrived around 11pm. However, check-in was only until 10 p.m. No problem if you announce in advance. A quick call upon arrival was enough and shortly afterwards I was greeted in a friendly manner. A thank you for that.

I had to go to Hanover for work and since there was a trade fair, I unfortunately only got this place for €134. First of all, the gentleman at reception was very friendly, towels and bed linen were clean. The rest is a complete disaster!There was rubbish at the entrance, the whole house was dirty and run down. Dust at the end of the bed, curtain half torn off, towel rack loose in the bathroom, mold in the shower, dim light (nothing to work with), light switch without cover!!! Loud even with the windows closed! I was disgusted! It's a shame what's listed on hotel portals! Stayed everywhere but not there!

The stay was very nice. As soon as we entered the room we had a nicotine flash, which we were able to continue with the cigarette butt that was behind the bedside cabinet. There were even peanuts behind the chair for a little hunger in between meals. We were also very happy about the bed bug infestation in the mattresses. Unfortunately there was no ash tray so we had to put ashes in empty beer bottles and the fridge was far too small - only 30 cans of beer could fit in it(Had to get supplies twice a day).
