i recommend this good comfortable inn because the overall services are nice, helpful, and all are good staff/ boss there. The good breakfast is not expensive compared to street cafe. Toilet, bathroom, and bed sheets are clean. It is near to some Chinese food restaurants like the one i love showing here. We stay there for six nights. Only minor issue is no kettle for hot water, tea, or medicine. But, i can ask for hot water during the breakfast time in the restaurant. It is better to have a clean kettle, and smart TV connected for Netflix and YouTube etc. 23 Oct 2024. - Dr Danny Ha, UK

Well, they paid me for it so I have to settle for it, more a pension than a hotel. In the Bronx of Monaco.

Booked it at short notice. It was clear to me in advance that it would be loud. The hotel is located in the train station district.

We had booked a triple room. Size was very good, you can't complain about anything, except for the bathroom, there was almost no space. The bathroom was also equipped without a hairdryer, which is very unusual. Furthermore, the room quality leaves a lot to be desired, definitely in need of renovation. Staff was nice. The situation is of course also very difficult. As a woman, I wouldn't walk around here alone at night.

We stayed at the hotel with colleagues as part of the meadows. Service and staff was very nice. The price was a bit excessive due to the meadows but that's just how it is at the time. Breakfast was also well stocked.Best regards

I was desperate so I chose this hotel since it’s Oktoberfest and it was hard to find an alternative.Normally, I wouldn’t choose this hotel. The location close to HBF is great but that’s all about it.It’s barely clean and the rooms are run down. The fridge hasn’t been emptied nor cleaned for weeks. Nobody realized that there has been food from guests for some time.I slept and showered, so it was ok. Good that I had to focus on my work during my stay. I wouldn’t come back.

Central location, but the train station district is not for everyone. The size of the rooms is okay, but there are clogged drains in the bathroom, which could not be fixed despite feedback. Rooms not entirely clean and reception staff tried hard to be unfriendly.

This house should not be allowed to call itself a design hotel. Just because all the walls are painted gray and there is wallpaper on one wall.Renovated in 2015. Unfortunately, you can see that no emphasis was placed on maintaining the condition for as long as possible. You shouldn't spend more than €30. And that's actually too much because it's just not clean. There are definitely 5 alternatives in the immediate vicinity. I wouldn't use this hotel again, even in an emergency. The very friendly employees are positive. Especially the gentleman in the breakfast service. The breakfast is also completely fine. Standard but tasty. However, there is hardly any vegan selection.Full-length mirror in the closet and refrigerator in the room.A lady from the cleaning staff just sat on the stairs to our rooms the whole time and talked on the phone. Only made room for us when we came down with our suitcases.Negative:Used towel and broken phone on windowsill.“High quality toiletries”? A 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel is not of high quality. No conditioner, not even when asked. The hairdryer in the room sounds like a fork on a school blackboard, I would be afraid that it would catch fire (unfortunately no exaggeration). Got one from reception. There are short black hairs everywhere. Shower not clean. The lid of a bottle from the guest before was still in the shower. So the door wasn't even closed while cleaning. The pictures speak for themselves. In the bathroom it smells like a clogged drain mixed with flatulence.Pillows are terrible, you can sleep without them.Windows can no longer be closed properly. The handle is never vertical. This means that more noise than necessary penetrates the room (of course you can't expect complete silence given the location.Only 2 hangers in the closet.I didn't take off my shoes in the room.Feeling good is not possible, not even remotely. All in all it just seems totally loveless and dirty. As a woman, I didn't feel safe here (of course that was partly due to the area). I can't recommend it, not even in an emergency.A minimum level of cleanliness should be present in every hotel.

Hello, I stayed at this hotel between September 13th and September 15th. The location is great, the staff was OK and the bathroom is so tiny that it almost doesn't fit in the shower. When it was the last day I checked out normally and when I got home I noticed that I had left my pair of expensive shoes under the bed.I then called in the evening and asked and it couldn't be found!!There were two of me in the room and there was also a witness who could confirm that I left the shoe under the bed.I was 100% sure that I had left them under the bed because I had two pairs with me and when I arrived I left them under the bed and didn't use them anymore.I have to honestly say I think it's a disgrace what happened.I have called and emailed several times and have not received an answer!I will never come there and don't recommend staying here!I don't call anyone who can speak German well, which I also find a bit unprofessional.
