3 stars are definitely not justified.Rooms are small and nice, but beds slipped apart, the roof crows above the bed were so extreme that you constantly hit your head, especially the one that was against the wall.Far too expensive for what was offered.

Small, simple hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating.The room is very small but sufficient to stay overnight. Breakfast was OK too.A little more parking would be nice. The underground car park is hardly accessible with today's cars because it is incredibly narrow.

Small, clean and nice hotel in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair. After a concert we were back in our room in 10 minutes. These are small but nice. Good beds, nice bathroom with rain shower and a fan for warm nights. Very well insulated windows, so you can sleep without any problems despite the proximity to the street. There are parking spaces in front of the door and in the underground car park. The breakfast is delicious and rich. I would particularly like to highlight the sooooo nice employees, especially the young lady with the long dark hair (unfortunately we didn't ask her name). She helped us a lot in a really very unpleasant situation. Thanks 1000 for that! When we're back in Hanover, we'll be happy to come back!

Small, nice hotel right on the road to the trade fair and still nice and quiet. Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping from the gardens and start the day with a delicious breakfast. I was in Hanover for 14 days for further training and felt very comfortable in the hotel. Thank you again for the warm treatment and the quick solution to my problem. I would love to come back for the next training course!

Actually, at very short notice and out of necessity, I found this hotel online, close to the Hanover trade fair. Due to the relatively low price despite the trade fair being open, my internal praise wasn't that great. I received a very friendly welcome and check-in was quick and uncomplicated. I had room 107 right next to the breakfast room. The rooms are not absolutely state-of-the-art in terms of furnishings, but they are really very tidy and very clean. The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated. The shower is very good and you have really hot water, which isn't available everywhere these days. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses maybe a little too soft. However, I am 1.88 m tall and 110 kilos. There is even an iron and ironing board in the sufficiently large wardrobe. There was a kettle and instant coffee and tea and even some water for free in the room. What also pleasantly surprised me was the underfloor heating, which you really appreciate when you get out of the shower. Breakfast costs €15 and is absolutely worth the money. The selection is really good, there is plenty and it is constantly being refilled. Nothing goes out. The food and dishes are also lovingly decorated. I've experienced this differently in other expensive hotels. There is a variety of fruit, a really good selection of cheese and sausage, and very tasty homemade scrambled eggs made from real eggs, not instant powder. The hard-boiled eggs and bacon are also very good. There were also sausages and small meat cakes. The rolls are also very tasty and have bakery quality. The tomato mozzarella platter was also very good. There was salad, cucumbers and other breakfast vegetables. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, which is partly designed as a winter garden. There is also a small park that can be used in summer. I am completely satisfied. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. If I come back to Hanover, I will definitely come here again. What I also found very friendly was that the staff vehicle was parked in front of the house so that I could park the small van directly in front of the house. I thought that was really great.

Breakfast is very good. The area is rocky. The local gastronomy not available or not recommended. Besides us, there were only 2 other guests in the entire hotel. ... I can understand that the reception is not manned... The front door is stuck and can no longer be locked in the evening, you have to go through the empty underground car park with your room key to avoid this. WiFi works.

Liked · The facilities in the rooms were exceeded by the possibility of making free tea or coffee. There were two small bottles of water in the mini fridge, also free. An ironing board and an iron were also available. The large table fan has greatly improved the room climate in summer. Large shower cubicle and nice ambience in the bathroom.Disliked · The mattresses on the beds were not optimal, more of a foam pad, quite high and soft. Sometimes you felt like you were rolling out of bed. But I got my sleep lying a little sideways in the double bed :)The bathroom faucet is too low for the designer sink.

The buffet was rich, at least for those who don't have allergies/intolerances or don't want to eat animal foods. A few alternatives would have been great and easy to offer, e.g. a little plant-based milk, cereal and spread.The amount of plastic packaging is also not nice or environmentally friendly.When entering and exiting the underground car park, it is best to take someone with you who can press the opener and push any bollards aside for maneuvering 😅I thought the very nice staff was great 👍So they made me a coffee because the coffee station in the room only had instant coffee with powdered milk. And despite fears that it might be noisy at night, the room was relatively quiet.A little tip on how you can get extra stars from concert goers: play music from the concert bands during breakfast 😇Conclusion: We would come again, but perhaps have breakfast elsewhere (due to intolerances, not because of the music 😉)
