Small but nice. Cozy room to spend the night without a lot of fancy frills. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately when there is a higher rush for breakfast, supplies come to a standstill. But you can change the organization 😉Preparation is everything. We would definitely come back. Price performance fits

A very nice and quiet place to stay. Rooms are modernly furnished, the bathroom is quite large. Breakfast rich, something for everyone. Staff, very nice and accommodating.

The hotel has an ideal central location, but is already getting a bit old. Our mattresses were very worn out and a relaxing sleep was not possible. The breakfast and the good work of the service staff are very positive.

Thank you for the good accommodation. A small Hotel Garni in the middle of the old town of Wernigerode. ☺️ The room is functionally furnished and has a rustic charm that suits the city. The breakfast is varied. The employees are all very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again. 😊👍

Rooms are very simple; the staff, only 3 women are responsible for everything, completely overwhelmed; The arrival on Friday afternoon was known, but no one was there, so we didn't get the keys at first, but only by chance. Very bad organization. The breakfast was simple. Never again

Excellent location - just a few steps from the historic market square. We liked the hotel very much, excellent atmosphere, our room was nicely furnished, and the pleasantly large bathroom is particularly worth mentioning.Any problems that arose at short notice were dealt with professionally by the staff and to our satisfaction.We'd love to come back.

Very cute little hotel with rustic rooms. Very spacious. Super clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is fantastic. It's a shame that there is no restaurant at the moment. But you can eat very well in Wernigerode, but please reserve in advance. Otherwise no chance, not even for two. If Wernigerode again then this hotel. Absolutely

Located directly in Wernigerode, but still in a quiet location. A hotel run with a lot of love. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Everything in exemplary condition. The breakfast is particularly worth mentioning. Whether as a buffet, or directly at the table if there are few guests. There was never anything to complain about. Personal wishes were fulfilled immediately.Special praise also goes to the young employee, who mastered the reception, breakfast and individual guest care excellently, so to speak.We'd love to come back

Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Unfortunately there is no other restaurant in the hotel (dinner is not so easy to find in Wernigerode) although there is a nice dining room. In our large room, WiFi was only stable in the entrance area. Certainly not comfortable for people with walking difficulties, as there is no elevator and many stairs. We really liked it there and would come again.
