Do not go here if you have asthma. The rooms are full of black mold, some worse than others, but they all have it.It is on full display and after sleeping one night in 205 I felt sore and had a scratchy sensation in my throat.Besides the black mold it was quite comfortable. The kitchen had good amenities and no mold. The ladies shower on the ground floor had a lock on it but me and my female friend were not told the code, however the shower on the first floor was very comfortable and the water was hot. The bathrooms were clean.The WiFi worked fine. The view was good. The radiators in the wooden box behind the bed worked wonderfully.We had some issues checking in as when we arrived (had payed 2 weeks in advance) but the service which we booked through still hadn't payed the hostel. A quick phone call with a kind lady fixed this issue.

The stay in this hostel is very pleasant if:1. You don't mind self-check in. You have to also know how to work around a non-working check-in terminal as you'll have to call someone from management to help you with check in.2. You have to be ok with being awakened in the middle of the night by a noisy fire alarm that went on in my case for over 30 minutes. When we called the management (as no one working in the hotel itself lifted a finger to fix the problem) they said we have to call the fire department ourselves. We did. And we had to wait for the firefighters to arrive and take them around the hostel to check what's wrong. Us. Not someone working in the hotel.3. You have to very careful with your key. I forgot my key inside the room, and when I called the number at the reception desk, the overnight worker didnt know how to issue a new key. I ended up staying out of my room for 4 hours and missed my flight.

Perfect hotel for what we came to do in Hanover, namely a weekend to attend a concert at the exhibition center next door.Everything is clean and functional.Some difficulties with check in.Not much to see or do around.

Second stay here and both stays were brilliant. Clean rooms, great value, quiet, and safe. The kitchen is fully equipped for kitchen tasks. Great distance to a nearby shopping centre. Bit finicky with the check in experience this time but eventually we got our room. Overall, a fabulous stopover place for a night or two.

Terrible experience! Had to wait outside for three hours because we couldn't check in, customer service promised to call back, but that never happened. After 3 hours and five phone calls later we were able to check in. No apology and very rude tone.There was also no response to our complaint email and the bathroom was very dirty and very stuffy in all areas. Not recommended.

I have been here many times and I will definitely visit this place again, good location and ok price. The biggest minus is the kitchen, maybe it's not the staff's fault but the guests' fault, all the plates and cutlery are missing. Instead of replacing the snack and coffee machine with new ones, it is better to improve the equipment.

First of all: You shouldn't expect great luxury, but you shouldn't assume that either!For a low price you have everything you need for a simple night out (e.g. for a concert at the ZAG Arena). There is also a very friendly employee on the phone who is happy to help with problems, a cheap snack machine and a short distance from the supermarket, public transport and the trade fair.However: The bathroom could be a little cleaner.

I had to cancel my stay and find another accommodation where I was treated with respect. How is it possible to treat someone like that? I firmly believe that no one should ever be treated with such malice.

Doesn't seem very inviting when you drive up. There was mold on the walls in the entrance area. The mattress is sagging. The worst thing, however, is that my room smelled unbearably of smoke and I'm very sensitive to it because of a previous lung disease. Next time I'll spend more money to take advantage of a reasonable offer.

Small room without bathroom. It says you can't criticize.But: Noisy during the day due to construction work in the house. Noisy in the evening from other guests because only drywall was installed everywhere. If you have to learn or work something out, that's not helpful. It would also have been nice to note that construction is currently underway.Hot water for showering is often only cold to lukewarm.2 toilets for one floor is also tight, you have to wait more often. And then without windows or good ventilation, well you get the idea...WiFi is available, probably for at least the entire floor. This also means that only the minimum is possible in the afternoon.The floor in my room was very dirty. I had a pair of light-colored pants on that I accidentally dragged on the floor for a moment, but they were then well striped. I first bought slippers for the first time in my life because they were disgusting even for me.
