Very nice boss, great value for money

On September 28th, 2024 I celebrated my 80th birthday with friends and family.All my guests were thrilled with the quality of the food and drinks. The friendly service that evening was also positive.Thank you for everything. We will come back.

Everything was super good and completely satisfied. The varied breakfast with the pancake machine was the highlight for my daughter. 🥰 It's very pleasant and nice to live there and really not far from Hanover. Even the Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen is easy to reach. Just like many other excursion destinations (Hannover Zoo, Sea Life, Hanover Old Town and Wernigerode Bird Park). We received a warm welcome and were told everything important straight away.

The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. From my point of view, what should be particularly noted is that the shower has a rich stream of water and the heating also works well. In my experience, this is not always the case in other hotels in this price range.The service overall is very friendly.The breakfast is excellent and the dinner is very tasty. Value for money: absolutely fine.If I have anything to do in the region in the future, I will definitely go here again

Luckily earplugs were provided so I was still able to have a quiet night.Despite this small flaw, my stay was very satisfactory and I would be happy to come back.Thank you for the great service!

The restaurant actually looks nice, even though I didn't eat there. Otherwise, it was the worst accommodation I've had in a long time: the room was small and in the basement, with virtually no windows. Stains on the wall and a floor that bulges - obviously it's too damp. It was so cold at night that I slept in clothes. Overall, the room was in a pitiful condition.The whole thing at trade fair prices from Absurdistan.On the plus side, the room was clean enough.

Give this hotel a wide berth. We had a reservation a few months ago because a friend's wedding was to take place there. Since we came from a long way and were supposed to arrive late, we called again to make sure whether late check-in was possible, as advertised on the website (24/7 reception, for that matter)We arrived and no one was available. Four of us were stranded in the middle of Pattensen at 2 a.m. After 45 minutes we gave up and looked for somewhere else to stay. Luckily, a hotel nearby came across to us (costing the operator sleep at 3 a.m.) and took us in for the night.The worst of all came the following day. Since we stayed for 2 nights, we wanted to spend at least the night during the wedding reception in the hotel. When we walked past the next morning, the operator apologized and blamed the mistake on a young employee.He initially offered us a room with the same conditions, price per night, as previously agreed. We would have agreed.When we (just!) asked if there was a way (!) that they could compensate for the difference of €20, which we now had to pay in additional effort due to their mistake, he suddenly completely changed and freaked out. Tried to manipulate a friend and me and threaten to cancel the room reservation.Shocked, we went back to the hotel and spoke to the other friends and agreed to stay at the other hotel and cancel the reservation at Zeitlos.When we went back to the hotel to announce the message, the immediate answer was that that wasn't possible. After I made it clear to him what my rights were, he was puzzled and replied that they would quickly find a replacement for our room anyway.I have never encountered a hotel operator so disrespectful, manipulative and rude. I can't recommend anyone to look for a place to live there.

We were in Serengeti Park and decided on this accommodation at short notice. The apartment for 4 people on the market square (5 minutes walk from the hotel) with an associated restaurant had an older bathroom, but was very spacious and clean.The breakfast was very extensive and tasty. All the employees were extremely friendly.The price-performance ratio is great.

Booked a double room and got a single room with an extra camp bed. Really annoying as a couple.The bathroom seems to have been renovated for the last time in 1980, the toilet experienced the Second World War.WiFi is only available in the main building, our room was in the "basement area", so we didn't even have reception in the room.Reception was friendly.

Cute hotel, rooms a bit small and outdated.The staff is very nice, and the breakfast is particularly good, including fresh scrambled eggs upon request.I moved dinner elsewhere due to the rather high prices.
