The staff was completely overwhelmed by a slight rush of 3 guests at the same time. Unfortunately we left again at night because the cistern in our tollette was drawing water once a minute. I tried to reach the staff by phone at around 11.30 p.m. but I haven't even received one yet Call back I would never agree to an overnight stay there again, sad but true

The adminstration of the hotel is very bad. They dont attend to your needs or your requests. There is only one person on the front desk who cant speak English. All the other facilities such as the rooms etc are also not good. Please avoid this place.

A cheap hotel with a clean room. Breakfast was OK and appropriate for the price. Great location with tram connection 100 meters away. Easily accessible by car, free parking directly at the hotel.

This is by far the shabbiest hotel in Germany, heaters don't work, there is a drain smell coming from the toilets and the sink, toilet flushers are broken, a few slices of old sausage and cheese at breakfast... hard rolls, a cold egg with coffee, there's not even sugar... . Better spend 10€ more and get something decent

It shouldn't be called a hotel, but some kind of dormitory. The rooms are small, the bathroom is unheated, the shower is leaking, there are some bugs crawling on the floor, everything in the room is disconnected, you have to play electrician, look for an extension cord, connect the TV, the fridge, turn on the radiator, because it's turned off, it takes half an hour before it heats up. night. Total breakfast: 0. If the owner brings the rolls on time, all that's left is toasted bread, cheese and 3 types of the cheapest cold cuts, such as mortadella. I don't recommend it.

This hotel is unbelievable. Dirty, in bad condition. Rooms extremely small and dirty. Had to clean the bathroom first. Light didn't work properly. Hot water wasn't really there either. Cleaning every day isn't possible either. It's musty in the room and the beds and bed linen are unreasonable. Huge construction site in front of the door. And then 200 euros a night, without breakfast, of course. But then you lose your appetite. We left a day earlier, but had to pay in advance, and of course there was no money back. These vultures. You wouldn't wish this hotel on even your worst enemy.

FINGER WEEEEG!!!!They turn off the heating and it's SO COLD in the room!!! I work outside at -3/-4 degrees and when I'm always I want to warm up but no, it's colder in the room than outside.Room furniture is a disaster, towels full of strange hair and the woman is totally unfriendly!!!Better pay 10€ more and get something smart, listen to my advice 💪🏻✌🏻

The heating was only turned on when we were there, the whole hotel was very cold and that in January. Even the employee walked around in a thick winter jacket.The room is not worth the money.For breakfast there was expired butter

I'm 2 days after my stay, which I paid for at the hotel (€51.30).Simply €67.10 was debited from my credit card again, no reason given, nothing.When I asked, I was told they would take care of it. Called again 3 weeks later, I would get my money back. This still hasn't happened.On top of that, I wasn't given the opportunity to get into the hotel at night, so I was "forgotten" so I stood in front of the locked door at night and called for attention by calling and knocking. Thank God the operator opened the door at around 4.30..... No warm water in the room, only after I had already taken a cold shower for 10 minutes.So not recommended, I keep running after my money, but the boss was very friendly...
