Super convenient and quiet hotel! Check-in it's completely made online which I found really easy. The place has cleaned and nice decorated. It's in a quiet place and good isolated. I really recommend it especially for a night after a long drive.

Horrible experience. Our room was dirty and the smell was disgusting. I would never go back there again. They have no respect for guests.The bathroom was also dirty. I had to clean it myself, and change the sheets myself because it was weekend. Hated my stay there. Don't recommend it to anyone.I posted pictures the way i found the room.

Booked hotel for one night from Saturday to Sunday. Luckily we arrived in the afternoon to check in quickly. Another guest in the parking lot pointed out that the rooms had not been cleaned.The door opens without any problems, but the room is still the same as the previous tenant left it. And was offered to clean it yourself for a discount - or cancel free of charge. We decided on option 2 and were able to book another hotel very spontaneously, but 15km away.The emergency number immediately went on hold and after a little more than 5 minutes a very friendly and competent employee came to the phone.The room looked nice, but due to the situation it is difficult to recommend a hotel that was not usable.

Unfortunately, our stay at the WTO Hotel in Wunstorf was anything but satisfactory. According to the booking, the rooms should be ready from 4 p.m. However, when we arrived at 4:30 p.m., the rooms had not yet been cleaned and we were left at a loss outside the complex - as were several other guests who had also arrived that day.We couldn't reach the emergency number provided, which made the situation even more frustrating. Another guest apparently had better luck and was informed that a cleaning company would be arriving within the next 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this announcement also remained unfulfilled and at 7pm we received an email stating, after "careful review", that the cleaning company had not shown up and no replacement could be found.We were then offered two options:1. Access to the technical room to clean the room yourself, with the promise of an unspecified discount on the room price. However, this option was only available until 10 p.m.2. A free cancellation of the room.Luckily we had alternative accommodation so we decided to cancel. However, this was only initiated after a call from me three days later. On a positive note, customer service on the phone was very friendly and the refund was prompt.Based on this experience, in the future I will again prefer a classic hotel that has staff on site and can react appropriately in such situations.

The room is modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need:I had booked a double room for single use and there was a spacious refrigerator, kettle, 2-plate hob and a sink including washing up liquid and drying cloth.Everything was clean.The only drawback was the door opening, which is certainly a problem:- There was a technical problem so that the door could not be opened with the app- I received prompt, friendly help over the phone, so I am satisfied with the service- important for security: since the assistance consisted of removing the master key from a code-secured box, there is definitely a risk of unauthorized access to other rooms; I don't have the criminal energy for that, but that doesn't have to be the case for everyone! Please urgently solve this differently (1 key per room in a secure box and provide the code in the booking confirmation)Basically, when evaluating, you should understand and take the concept of a motel into account, so apart from the safety aspect, I am completely satisfied and would use it again.

A night that had it all.We were promised a pleasant check-in after 10 p.m. However, upon arrival we discovered that 1/3 of the rooms were not accessible. Modern is all well and good, because contactless opening of the door lock via an activation link initially sounds simple and convenient. But not if it gives an error code and the door can no longer be opened. After trying several times, reloading the page, trying on other cell phones, we called support. This could not be reached because the contact is not available after 10 p.m. The emergency number, which was supposedly available 24/7, was just a friendly robot voice that played a rehearsed text that didn't help at all.After trying again using the link, we had to split our two friends into the other two rooms.Compared to other reviews, our rooms were at least roughly cleaned, new bed linen and towels were available, but definitely not a speck of dust had been picked up under the bed for a long time.Now to the actual highlight:The whole experience was negative enough and we would even understand if the technology failed, but then emergency support is to be expected (especially if it is a known problem). But now the amount: Despite the service not being provided, the hotel refuses to reimburse the room costs without justification!As can be read in other reviews, the handling of such problems was very unprofessional; sometimes guests were provided with a master key (questionable security concept) or were simply put off by support about a promised cleaning.The whole chain is now heavily avoided by our entire friend group.

Arrival 8:00 p.m. Opening the room didn't work. Code for key safe with master key was known to at least 7 rooms (security!!!)Room not cleaned and dirty. No beds made.. no towels.Bed linen was tangled up on the floor. Dirty towels in room and bathroom. Additionally, pizza box and empty beer bottle as well as dirty dishes on the kitchen counter. Shards of glass on the floor!!!!!Tried to reach emergency call 5 times between 8:20 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. without success. There was also no call back. We started our journey home again at 9 p.m.NEVER AGAIN !!!

**Disappointing experience at WTO Hotel by WMM Hotels - Never again!**I recently had the pleasure of staying at the WTO Hotel by WMM Hotels and I must say my experience was far from satisfactory. Although the rooms had a nice feel, I was shocked to find that they clearly hadn't been cleaned before I moved in. It was obvious that the previous guest had left the room in a mess.After I contacted the hotline, I was initially assured that a cleaner would be sent. However, when I called later, I found out that no one would be coming. Luckily we were able to get new rooms, but by this time several guests had already left the hotel.Additionally, the electric door lock only worked sporadically, causing additional annoyance. When I tried to reach the hotline after 10pm, I found that there was no one available, which is unacceptable.Overall, my experience at WTO Hotel by WMM Hotels was disappointing and frustrating. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. For this reason, I will definitely not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

When we arrived there were difficulties opening the door via the link and no one could be reached on the hotline. Even when I tried later, the door didn't open via the link/app. When someone could be reached on the emergency number, they had to get the master key with a code. There is no check as to whether the key has actually been returned, so there is no guarantee that other guests will not use the master key.The cleanliness of the room also left a lot to be desired.If we want to stay in this area again, we will definitely avoid this hotel.

Door opening catastrophic! Like 6s in the lottery that it works! Called sevicecentrale and was on hold for ages until someone answered! Then it stopped working again two times 2 hours later! Rooms superbly furnished! No remote control for TV available. Again, forever on hold then I can get a statement tomorrow morning! And the cleaning mitt is also next to the bed!

The rooms are nicely and modernly furnished, but with various construction defects.BUTWe had booked two rooms, which were not cleaned at 5 p.m. Room really as the previous one left it. After many minutes on hold, a cleaning was promised, but this was denied again after another phone call. We were lucky and were rebooked into two existing, clean rooms on the ground floor. Many others were not so lucky and had to leave at short notice or find new accommodation.The door lock works unreliably. Several other guests didn't get into their rooms. Two older women who arrived after 10 p.m. had no option to get into their room. The electric door lock didn't work and the hotline was no longer available. The ladies are now sleeping in the car.NEVER AGAIN!
